She was more concerned about other people's time slots and how I would fit in and told me so rudely . I need a set schedule 3x a week , not an intermittent schedule based on some other patients schedules. Seemed very unorganized and chaotic. I patiently waited for 10 minutes while she was talking on the phone before she even acknowledged me only to get scolded by how I don't know how their office works. I did mention to her how rude she was and how her communication skills need improving.

After cortisone shots and an eventual MRI, I was told that I do not have a tear or anything else that can be fixed with surgery, and given a prescription for physical therapy. I was not happy about this at all - I wanted a quick fix to be pain free and thought (naively) that surgery was the answer. I live close to Spectrum, so based on physical proximity (and the recommendation of a friend) I made an appointment with Corey. Long story short, I am in 95% less pain, sleep all night through again, and have far more range of motion than I did a few months ago. Therapy is as much fun as working hard can be, but we DO laugh (often) and I AM so much better than I was. The facility is clean, well-lit, and the bathroom is clean, too. Corey seem to have all the requisite tools, AND the necessary expertise. He is not just competent and trained in his field, he is so contagiously passionate about health and fitness! I would unequivocally recommend Corey and Spectrum.

But I think the best part is that she listened to what was going on, what I needed, and worked with me to help get me back on track. I had a very intense operation on my right arm, involving a torn tendon and bicep, whereas they…read moredrilled into the bone for reattachment. My arm was in a 45 degree cast for six weeks, so that by the time it was removed, muscles and other areas were unable to stretch. I couldn't rotate the arm at all, and there was and still is numbness, swollen fingers, and pain throughout. Olga was immediately able to test and ascertain what we were facing, asking pertinent questions and requesting a full medical report from the sugeon's office. Olga and everyone I met there is focused and very serious about getting you back into the game. She went to work immediately with very effective treatment, advice, and a workout plan I could do at home to move things along. By the time she was through, I already had some movement, and a plan of attack until our next appointment. I am so glad to have chosen MPT, and look forward to our next session. I only have about three more weeks before returning to work, which is very labor-intensive, yet I feel fully confident that MPT will have me ready. Fantastic people and facilities. I saw another patient going through his paces, and noticed the same level of expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Mansfield Physical Therapy.

I have been in chronic back pain going on 8 months now.. no one has been able to give me any relief.. I have seen leanne twice and I already feel a HUGE difference.. she takes her time with me, she listens to me, she truly cares.. I have two small children and ALOT going on.. she takes the time to work out knots that have been in my body for YEARS causing me pain.
