I've been here a number of times to see my podiatrist after having corrective surgery. This is…read morewhere all of my follow up appointments were. For starters, when you put the address in google maps make sure you include the suite number, because if you don't it'll take you to a totally different address. Next up, there's plenty of parking and a few restaurants/shops in the same little complex. Once inside, you'll be greeted by the staff up front and will notice the labs to the right. The facility is clean and all the staff I've interacted with have been super friendly. My doctor, Dr McFerren, has been great from the jump, too.

I got tired of him lack of compassion and inability to relate to me and my experiences. He just did not HEAR ME. I was with OhioHealth and use OH for all other medical resources. However, I couldn't find an OB/GYN in my area that was female and accepting patients - so I switched to OSU. The location is super convenient!! The office staff is wonderful. The schedule RUNS ON TIME!!! OMG. I am so used to waiting endlessly - especially at an OB/GYN where you're NAKED - sitting forever and freezing! But that's not the deal at this office. They stay on time and treat your time with respect. As an attorney - I would never keep people waiting to see me - and my time is valuable. I so appreciate being treated with the same timeliness. So that's just the technical details. Dr. Quimper is a super warm and personable lady. She is informal - like me - and really hears me. She was able to educate me on things that my prior doc never did. Stuff that makes sense and that led me to the same place as with the last doc - but now I understand WHY!!!! She takes to time to make small talk and get to know me. Other docs - I have waited so long just to see them, that I just want to rush and get on with my day. But not so in this case. I appreciate the conversation and also getting to know her a little bit. Not that we'll be BFFs, but getting to see the human side of her is very nice. I highly recommend you check out Dr. Quimper and/or the OSU OB/GYN office if you're looking for that type of doc. You will be very happy with the service you receive!

The staff was kind, Dr. Herron is wonderful! I was recommended by my aunt whose a retired school nurse. A 7 mm diameter cyst and a wart on my heel were taken care of in just under 20 minutes. These reviews seem to criticize other doctors who may have previously worked here, but if you get Dr. Herron you're in good hands. The biggest snag I had was their version of mychart not working with my username but on the second visit they fixed that and I even got a call from the doctor saying the rash I originally went in for (which has since died off) was either a head rash or contact dermatitis.

Pros: I got in and out really really quick! My apt was at 8:10am I was out literally by 8:30am. The doctor came in did his assessment looked at my scalp and sent my prescriptions over to CVS. No issues there what so ever. Cons: When scheduling for an appointment online, I had to submit a copy of my insurance card in order to receive the appointment. This was a hassle! When I came into the practice, I had to provide them with all of my information yet again (insurance card, etc) because it was not in their system. What's the point in submitting a copy on line and then doing it again? The other issue that I have is that they handed me a clipboard asking for medical history. I would have done it accept, I was asked the same medical questions that were on the form by the nurse when she came in, the doctor when he came in, and then by the front desk via the packet. Lmao, if yal are going to ask the same medical questions that are on the sheet why have me come in a few mins early to complete the sheet??? Save a tree please!!! Other than that, no complaints. I will see how the solution he's providing me works out!

I went in to have my foot looked at for a shooting pain. She was relatively close so I decided to…read morego to her. My pain was very specific and I suspected Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome. I'd done enough research to know what tests should be run. They took an x-ray of my feet and I waited in the exam room for her and talked to one of the staffers. She seemed pleasant, told me she had TTS in the past, had the surgery and it came back. (TTS surgery doesn't have much success) When the doctor walked in, the staffer immediately shut up when we were laughing about something, put her head down and stood there. Dr. Weiner said she didn't need her any more and the woman backed out like she was actually afraid of her. This didn't give me much confidence. She told me the x-ray showed a spur in a spot that was not part of where I was experiencing the pain. She was very condescending the whole time she talked to me and taped up my foot in a soft cast ON the spot where I had the spur. She told me I had TTS without ever doing a nerve test...a KEY test to confirm diagnosis. Within a few hours, the area she taped up had swelled to twice its size and the pain shooting from the spur where mind you I did NOT have pain before was horrible. I cut the ends of the cast for a little relief. By the next day despite the relief, I was hobbling. I knew then I would not continue care with her. I went back to have the cast removed (something I could've easily done at home but I thought she was going to do something to give me relief.) All she did was tell me to order their expensive insoles and rest and elevate it and if it wasn't better in 6 months, come back. Uh no. I went to a local chiropractor for the first time and he said while he understood the direction she was going, it was completely wrong for my condition. He totally fixed my muscle condition in my legs and using laser therapy and muscle manipulation, took care of my TTS. A family member goes to Dr Weiner's husband and is happy with him so I'd say go to him.
