After months of fighting the practice offered to fix it free of charge with no cost to the surgery center.. I was terrified to do this with him so it took me a long time to make the decision. I am having pain in my implants which were too small and never dropped. They sit in my peck muscle. I told Walter Bernacki that my private area now looks like a ball sack. He had the nerve to imply that I was so fat before we don't know what my private parts looked like. So not only did you perform a botched surgery you then fat shame me in your office. You then want to charge me for another surgery that I shouldn't have had after I paid you $30,000 cash. You still think I should come up with $2,500 to re do what you did. I explained I don't have that money and I feel like I look like a monster... revisions are needed I get that.. but I've had two other Drs tell me this was a poor surgery and I shouldn't look like this. I am begging you go somewhere else if you need to get under the knife of this Dr. If was making payments to his office for years this would have been done correctly. Now I have to go through the legal battle of getting this corrected. I was stupid to pay him up front. And then to be fat shamed. He and his office staff know they did this job wrong. I also had an abscess that formed contacted his office 5 times and I was ignored. I will not back down this time I don't ever want to see anyone else go through what I did. His office may beautiful but his work surely is not. And if I could post before, and after photos on Google, I would. My implants are still sitting like this after 1/10/24. I have been living like this for years and he thinks he did nothing wrong. After reading all of these horrible botched reviews it's scary that he can continue to do surgeries.

I can't think of one bad thing to say & I think that speaks for itself. All of the staff and Dr Shah are amazing. Not only was it my first cosmetic surgery (BA) it was also my first real surgery as a whole. (Other than wisdom teeth). The staff was kind, Dr. Herron is wonderful! I was recommended by my aunt whose a retired school nurse. A 7 mm diameter cyst and a wart on my heel were taken care of in just under 20 minutes. These reviews seem to criticize other doctors who may have previously worked here, but if you get Dr. Herron you're in good hands. The biggest snag I had was their version of mychart not working with my username but on the second visit they fixed that and I even got a call from the doctor saying the rash I originally went in for (which has since died off) was either a head rash or contact dermatitis.

Pros: I got in and out really really quick! My apt was at 8:10am I was out literally by 8:30am. The doctor came in did his assessment looked at my scalp and sent my prescriptions over to CVS. No issues there what so ever. Cons: When scheduling for an appointment online, I had to submit a copy of my insurance card in order to receive the appointment. This was a hassle! When I came into the practice, I had to provide them with all of my information yet again (insurance card, etc) because it was not in their system. What's the point in submitting a copy on line and then doing it again? The other issue that I have is that they handed me a clipboard asking for medical history. I would have done it accept, I was asked the same medical questions that were on the form by the nurse when she came in, the doctor when he came in, and then by the front desk via the packet. Lmao, if yal are going to ask the same medical questions that are on the sheet why have me come in a few mins early to complete the sheet??? Save a tree please!!! Other than that, no complaints. I will see how the solution he's providing me works out!
