I was told no. I spoke to the same person both days and neither time were they particularly helpful. In fact, on both occasions, I was left to feel as though I was an inconvenience. Perhaps small residential jobs aren't a priority, but a return phone call would be helpful.

The installation itself self was very quick, but because the fixture had more than just a few crystals that needed to be individually attached, it took a bit longer.
