The damaged parts broke off where the blonde hair dye overlapped for a root touch up and the broken hair is about an inch or two long. It's impossible to do anything with. I have been trying to grow my hair out for years and this is a MAJOR set back. Looking like a pixie cut is the only solution for my goofy looking hair that cost several hundred dollars. I'd expect something like this to happen at a beauty school, not a professional salon. I do not take any supplements or medications, my hair is already a dark blonde/light brown color. I just tell Gloria I want to get my wife something for her birthday and she shops for me, while I lounge in the comfortable leather chairs set off in one corner of the store. Gloria selects two or three items, I pick one and I'm done. Totally painless. Not only does my wife always love her selections, but when she goes to work the next day her friends comment " that is so cute, where you get it". " My husband got for me at Gloria's." It is like giving two gifts.
