Ok I cannot say enough good things about this place for one...Emma came in clutch for a last minute tux rental. I called literally every tux rental place in tri cities and Roselily bridal was my last number. She was so nice and said she would make it happen. The dress I bought was beautiful, however, it ended up being about 3 sizes too big and I had no idea because it was all bunched up in the back with clips and the sales person didn't comment on the large size at all. She was trying to sell me a sample dress because it was in my budget, but a professional would have explained that even though you pay more to not buy a sample, if it fits well it will be worth it in alteration costs. Now I have a $1800 (on sale) sample dress that needs $1000 minimum in alterations because it is huge. Very disappointing. read more

Although I didn't end up finding my dress here, Amy's Bridal is amazing and if you are a soon to be bride this should be your first stop in the Tri-Cities. I only had a 4 month timeline to plan a wedding so my dress options were limited to availability off the rack which is my own fault. :) They have a large selection, a beautiful store and Amy is the best! We didn't realize that this shop was appointment only, but they let us look around anyways and even let us try on some dresses without an appointment. Staff was friendly, but it's definitely awkward to have someone help you try on dresses. (Although that is totally understandable considering the prices of wedding dresses!). Not only did Amy fit me, but told me what I'd need for the best foundation under my dress. She was unable to get the item best for me. She got nothing out of helping me. This is a nice little gem in tri cities. I have friends that have looked in Boise and couldn't find a great selection. That isn't the case here. You feel like you are in the tv show Say yes to the dress. My daughter had a large selection in her budget and she thought it was great to ring the bell when she finally found her dress. I visited Amy's Bridal Boutique in June 2018. My wedding planning went very quickly. We were engaged in May and married in July. While I didn't find the gown I ended up getting married in at Amy's, the staff was so wonderful I couldn't help but leave them a positive review. They were able to find several gowns that fit my idea of a dream dress and spent the time with me that I wanted even though I didn't make an appointment. Elaina was exceptionally helpful and kind working with the shop owner and providing me with contacts for alterations that I may have needed with another gown. Something that I think was above and beyond considering the fact that I did not purchase a gown from the shop. Because of the time constraints I needed to find a dress that didn't require many, if any, alterations. So I continued my search and found a dress that I could wear off the rack. read more

I'll just start off by saying I went to David's Bridal prior to seeing Amy. And not that it's entirely appropriate to be on Amy's review bashing other places, but seriously there is no need to go anywhere else! After feeling like I was at a zoo hearing all the bells ringing left to right over at David's-I absolutely loved the relaxed, personable comfort and gorgeous dresses that Amy's had to offer. I showed her a few dresses that I had seen online that I liked, and she nailed it! I couldn't believe it-every single dress I tried on I could honestly say I could see myself walking down the aisle in! Amy was wonderful!! After a nightmarish day at David's bridal I decided to call her to just look and see what he had. She said I could look but it was to late in the day to try any on, but when I arrived she asked me a bunch of questions about the style of dress I was looking for and started whipping dresses off the racks. I was amazed that she actually let me try them on even though she was close to closing for the day. She never even asked my my size!! She helped my find my dress and it was such a great experience!! I was just browsing​ for dress styles that I liked for my wedding and took out my phone to take a picture of a dress I loved so when I came in next I could try it on and send it to mom for her opinion (lives out of state) when all the sudden an​ incredibly rude employee​ started talking loudly at me with the most disrespectful tone and embarrassed​ me in front​ of all the people in the shop. I apologized​ and explained I had been​ in before with other friends that were looking for their wedding dresses and we took pictures of the dresses and the prices and no one said a word and that there were​ no signs saying no phones. She continued and said she could start a registry and email me the prices. I said someone already said they would and they didn't​ and then she said they don't​ email people... I was going to buy my dress and my bridesmaids dresses from this shop, but they've lost my business​. read more

I recently got my dress from amys bridal. I love my dress it's exactly how I wanted which is why I gave 2 stars. However my experience was not. The girl that I had helping me was talking to me about the most personal things in my life. Both my parents came which was the first time they had been in the same room together for me in like 5 years. She wanted to talk to me about their divorce and how I was feeling about them there. Then she wanted to talk to me about my parenting situation with my son, step son, and the other parents of our kids. THEN went on to tell me about her divorce and situation with her boyfriends daughter and how she hated her.... NONE of these topics were anything I wanted to talk about while shopping for a wedding dress. So personal and SO unprofessional. Then on top of that, when I went back to pick up my dress a few months later she also helped me that day) she again wanted to talk about personal things. All about her trip to Hawaii with her boyfriend and about her high school reunion. I think I've heard more about this woman's boyfriend than I talked about my fiancé. She also made me feel kind of dumb about the undergarments that I brought to try with my dress. She had an arrogant attitude about it like "uhhhhhmmmm what's that?" I don't know if that's the kind of vibe the store has, but I'm not about gossip and drama. This girl seemed to enjoy it. Totally unprofessional for my wedding experience. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Buying a dress is supposed to be an exciting and wonderful experience while being treated with respect. Which I was not. My dress was order to big and once I noticed it a few days after they told me it could not be changed (given the dress took 4 months to arrive) they would not give me the manufacturer number either so I could call and try to get a different size sent. Than I was told when I picked up my dress that the week of my wedding I could bring in my dress to get stemmed free of charge. I go to take it in and I was told it was going to be a $35 dollar fee. when I told him them that I was told the steaming would be free they looked at me as though I was dumb and said that's not policy and don't know who told me that. I have not nor will I ever recommend this place to any of my friends. read more
