The transmission light is on and the car is having trouble switching gears/moving at a slow pace. The driver tells me to put it in accessory mode and switch the gear to neutral. He tells me to get in his truck. He proceeds to load the truck on to the flatbed. As we are on our way to the mechanic shop I noticed my daytime lights are on, I said hey you left my car on?, that can drain my battery, Tanner says it can't drain your battery. I had to tell him to pull over and cut off my car while it's on the flatbed. He pulled over and turned off the car. We now arrived to the mechanic shop. The owner asked Tanner to move the vehicle to the back where the bay doors are since the car isn't moving/driving. Tanner said okay, then proceeded to get upset and say "I hate when they want to park the vehicles in spot, the should move the car or push it into the back", I said "Why when you could just drive back more since your already in the driveway?", Tanner then asked me to go in the shop and I decided to stand in the rain and watch him unload my vehicle. He put the car into reverse and then moved the flatbed off the front tires. I did record this. I do hope all this unnecessary turning the car on in accessory mode and switching the gears didn't damage the vehicle more. I called to speak to the dispatcher/owner so they would know what happened, and the dispatcher hanged up, maybe by mistake, not sure but when I called back someone answered and then left me on hold. I guess they can read this review and do better.

Brought it in and they gave us a quick diagnosis that the radiator was shot and needed to be replaced. They had to order the part and we thought it would take a few days. Alec the owner is very patient , low key , takes the time to listen to you and always tells you like it is ... no surprises . All the mechanics are also great, fast and efficient! Today both my husband and I needed inspections , no appointment necessary ! If you can get there early ,they can usually get to your car pretty much immediately . I've been to many great car washes but by far, Wash N Roll has been the best. Anthony is always there to greet you and is very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful when you are choosing the service you want for your car! They are always crowded with cars backed up to the entrance (which is always a great sign) but you separate into 2 lanes so the wait is never long! You have the option of many services, I always choose the silver. I like that they do not rush when vacuuming your car, assuring that the floor mats are vacuumed just as thourogh and they are meticulous! You enter into a huge waiting area when going to pay for the car wash that is filled to the brim with every possible car item you could imagine for purchase. From floor mats to different scents to keep the inside of your car smelling fresh, they carry it all and they are very reasonable! There are even massage chairs to use while waiting for your car to be washed! After your car finishes going through the tunnel, the staff spends a good amount of time drying your car and polishing the tires (if you choose the service that offers that) Just like the way they do for the inside when vacuuming at the start. You receive the same quality service at the end. I leave with my car looking like show room condition every time!! If I could give 5 more stars to Wash N Roll I would. The service and quality of their work is absolute perfection!!
