Good for basic maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, or inspections but I don't know if I'd do major work with them again. Had an issue a few years ago with my brakes where they didn't do a great job replacing them. read more

I been going here for 6-7 years now. It's the place to go for your NYS inspections. You are in and out I had several repairs done. The mechanics are well trained and do the right job the first time. No one likes bringing their vehicle in for repairs. They are never cheap. Adam, John, and the guys do a great job. I had a electrical short and was told it would be around $125. They fixed it quick and charged me $65! I have had brake jobs done, AC, and brake line repairs done. Of course I didn't like the price... But the quality was there and peace of mind knowing that is was fixed right is priceless. read more

Great service station with years of experience. Every time I bring my car in here I am given friendly, fast, and courteous service. They are always very honest with their repair estimates and deliver a square deal! Once specific time I went to Baldwin Automotive, after I paid them, I left a bank envelope with $800 in it on their counter. I drove away and realized ten minutes later that I had lost the envelope. I pulled the car over, and call them right away. They were closing up and told me that they would wait for me to come back and get my money before they closed. So when I mentioned HONEST in the beginning of this review I most certainly meant in more aspects than one. I highly recommend these guys for anything I need to have fixed on my car. read more

All the people are aldrin are really friendly, down to earth and HONEST. Best in the neighborhood in my book. Whether it's tires, oil change, inspection or something bigger they are fast efficient friendly and above all honest. They were so kind to offer me a ride home when my ride was late. I found some bad reviews when I simply was looking for their phone number. I am unfamiliar with the Montauk highway location, but am very experienced with the South country rd location. I have been bringing my vehicles here since I moved to the town. Tracey is upfront and explains everything before any work is performed. Today I am getting brakes done. He called me to explain the two sources of parts - The manufacturer brand or a supplier. He explained the differences and that he tried to find the most economical parts available- economical with quality. I have never had a problem here and it sucks because when people get upset they can single handily destroy a business online. read more
