I then discovered that I was actually losing tire pressure fast and was approaching going full flat. Most places in the area I googled were closed except for this place. I pulled in basically at their opening time (9am) and was seen right away. 10 min later I had a plug in. 15 bucks cash and I was on my way. That's my experience. I got my rear rotors and both sets of brakes done for $319 with tax. No confusing lingo, no uncomfortable upsell, no additional services recommended--just an honest assessment of what was absolutely necessary and what still looked good. Furthermore, they didn't actually fix their mistake. I had to pull over because the plastic part under my car was scrapping the ground. I looked to investigate and it was cracked in half because they did not screw the part back together. I'm concerned, because the lack of care and attention can cause accidents while I'm on the road.

My car is out of warranty, so going to the dealer is not economically wise due to the markups. Ronk's prices are competitive with but is more affordable than the dealer's. Above all, Mike is honest and stands by his work. For example, in the Fall of 2018, Ronk replaced my brakes and rotors. This Spring, my brakes squeaked consistently during the rain, and Mike inspected them and explained that the brakes are good and function well; and that sometimes they squeak when constantly wet. He is certainly right because it is summer now, and my brakes no longer make noise. Lastly, Mike the owner is friendly and jovial.
