This is an update from my previous review: Being in sales and service myself, I know situations and issues are going to come up. At the end of the day, it's how those issues are handled. And I must say I'm thoroughly impressed by how Galavantier specifically Demitiri has handled the aftermath of the situation. Upon the completion of my trip, Demitiri touched base to schedule a call which I thought was very professional and to be honest unexpected yet very much appreciated. He handled the conversation in a very professional manner and explained the situation in extreme detail. The fact they were able to have a tough conversation and make things right is all a customer can ask. They promptly refunded me my deposit on our Rehab experience which again was unexpected but speaks volume to their commitment towards customer service. It's action like that which makes me comfortable with giving their service another shot. Our group had an amazing time at Marquee, so I've definitely seen the value in their service. Is it a shame things didn't go as planned? Yes. But the manner in which they handled their mistake was very much appreciated. read more

I'm going to make this quick... we used this company to book VIP at a club in Vegas Pick up was on time Limo was upgraded VIP service was great - someone met us at the limo and walked us straight in Communication was on point Our contact helped us coordinate times, suggested the right club, right room in the club and also gave some tips about when and where we should eat. After reviewing many VIP options on the Internet, my boyfriend stumbled upon Galavantier. Just the name alone appealed to me and made me want to try their VIP services. We booked the VIP package that included VIP access to Tryst and a Club Crawl. Although we didn't take advantage of the Club Crawl, we did use the VIP service at Tryst. Michael Dean, our host, was prompt, helpful, and friendly. He called me right away to ensure a speedy entrance into the club. Not only did we meet Michael Dean that night, but we met Kelly Pennix who orchestrated the entire VIP package for us during our stay in Vegas. Kelly remained in constant communication with my boyfriend and checked on us at Tryst the same night. His presence added to our overall great time that we had in Vegas. What a great way to start our trip that finished with a bang, than to meet the two leading people who welcomed us to Vegas with a big smile and friendly service. I worked with Kelly and he was awesome! He responded to every email and text right away and dealt with my ever growing group! It was totally worth getting the bottle service at Tryst. We had a roomy inside booth and tables to fit all 14 girls and had more than enough to drink. Kelly personally called the day of the event and even came to check up on us at the club! We even got moved to another booth right next to the dance floor- great fun and people watching. Even the cocktail waitresses were great - mixing our drinks for us and the club security guys were super at keeping drunk fools away from our section. We really did feel like VIPs! Kelly worked with our budget and we even got to ride in a stretch green H2 limo - added to the fun of being in Vegas! The Cliffs Notes: I had a great experience & will not only use them again, but gladly recommend their service to anyone in need of table reservations at a Las Vegas Night Club. For a more details see below, it might be helpful: ;-) This was my 1st time to use a host service in Las Vegas. I wasn't sure if the experience would be a sham or a God send. But now a days, if you don't "know" someone in Vegas, it's very hard to get into the best clubs. After some on line research, and finding no bad reviews, I decided to take a chance & try Galavantier. I was looking to get bottle service at a club for myself & 8-12 friends during NYE weekend. If you've ever been to Vegas for NYE, you'd know that is no small feat, especially when more than 1/2 of my party was guys. On top of that, after holiday expenditures, my group had limited budgets. This makes things difficult when it's NOT a MAJOR holiday. But at NYE time, everything is more expensive. I was not sure we'd be able to find anything in our 1k budget. I emailed Galavantier around 4:30 pm & promptly got a call back from Michael within an hour. He was quite understanding of our limited budget & even though we were not going to be high rollers, was still very helpful, accommodating & treated us like we were his only client. By the next morning he'd emailed me a list of options with pricing to choose from. And his pricing was less than going direct would have been, which INCLUDED all taxes & gratuities. He also had knowledge of all the places he suggested which was helpful. Once we made our choice, he kept in touch with me regularly between the time I arrived in town & the time we were to meet at the club. That gave me confidence that Galavantier was a legitimate organization. They were also willing to take cash at time of club entry, which also made me feel better. I didn't want to put a grand on my credit card & show up to find no host & no reservation. Talk about a buzz kill. But all went very smoothly. Even though Michael himself got hung up with another party at another club the night of, he kept in touch & made quick arrangements for someone else to meet us & take us into the club. His sub, Sean, was also great. No time was lost & all went very smoothly. We were walked to the front of the line & quickly brought into the club & to our table. We were treated fantastically by all the club staff. Even the members of my party who arrived later, had no issues joining us in the club with no wait. I know this was lengthy, but for those who don't go to Vegas often, I think it's helpful to know the obstacles you could face & why using a service like Galavantiere is SOOOO great. I was leery about it at first. Many a time I have been "on the VIP list" which really means you're still standing in line, it just might be 10 people shorter. But Galavantier lived up to all their promises. I will be using them the next time I need a club reservation & gladly recommend them to anyone else who is in need of such services. read more

The original pool closed so our VIP host Tim Zile, got us reschedule to Drai's Beach Club. He got as a BIG upgrade to a private Bungalow with a private pool if front for the same price. He took care of everything and everyone. Walked us all in and made sure we were happy with everything. True VIP Service!! He made my whole group look and feel like true VIPs. 1/2/15 We thought we put a cruise on hold to be paid by the end of the month by all participating parties. Was lied to about location of staterooms, cruise clubs, convenience fees, even the hold didn't exist. The agent, Elijah Irvine also said he would be available at anytime. However, he was moving and never returned his calls after placing a hold. The office could not do anything to help us. Very Unprofessional. They cost us money and lots of time! 1/5/15 Update: they charged my credit card without my authorization and didn't send us information regarding the cruise reservation, no final cost, or explanation of charges. I am livid. I asked for my reservation to be transferred to the cruise line so I didn't not have to deal with their unprofessional irresponsible ways. 1/7/15 Update: A different guy attempted to smooth the situation over, but really ended up making it worse. He removed my boyfriend from the reservation giving falsely lowered rates. They did finally get the reservations transferred to Royal Caribbean and I was then able to work with them to fix the reservations. In the end my dad paid $200 more for his reservation and did not received his $100 on board credit and I paid $100 more than I should have and did not receive the $100 on board credit. I do not recommend this agency. 1/14/15 Update: I received another email from this agency where they had continued to copy people not on my reservation concerning the status of my reservation. This business is highly unprofessional. I was told that the original agent that I worked with would be talked to about his unprofessional behavior and how he messed up my reservation, but this email has made it obvious Galvantier does not care to correct their faults or even compensate their customer. the original agent never even apologized for costing me and my father $100s of dollars on our reservation. Thankfully my reservation is officially not tied to this agency so they are unable to cost me more time, money, and stress. read more

I was just in Las Vegas for my bachelor party the last weekend in April, it was myself and five other guys. This will have been my seventh time to Vegas and was quite familiar with clubs, attractions and activities to do while in sin city. I wanted to take a different approach and have certain nights completely planned out so all of us could make the most out of our time. Doing all of my research beforehand I was cautious to say the least to all the "Vegas party packages" sites that I came across. I inquired with several companies as far as club party bus crawls, VIP club entry and bottle service ect. Galavantier was the only company to follow up with me and keep in contact of my thoughts and wishes for activities once my party had arrived. In short, we took advantage of the party bus club crawl tour on Thursday night and I'll just say it was worth every penny! We absolutely would have taken advantage of more services offered by galavantier but because of the nature of this trip (bachelor party) everyone partied hard and was mostly hungover the whole trip! ;) ;) The past eight years of my working career have been in sales/service industry and hospitality and just let me say I was blown away by the level of customer service and shocked of how smoothly everything went. Kelly was fantastic to work with, always professional, kept in constant contact and was always available to talk/answer any questions I had. Todd (or Ty?) was our host for the night and did a fantastic job as well! Very professional, kept everyone together/ made sure the night went smoothly and made it his personal duty to make sure everyone had a wonderful night to remember! All in all for myself having high expectations and initially cautious of what company I chose to plan our evening I could not have made a better choice! Galavantier and everyone affiliated will definitely be my number one choice for party planning in the future! My hat is off to everyone involved and greatly appreciate how effortless and smooth everything was handled! I recommend these guys hands down and congrats on a job well done!! I found Galavantier 7 or 8 months before my event date. I filled out their online form and got a call within a hour from Tim Zile. He was nice over the phone and gave me the best booking I could find for Marquee day club for a enormous group of women. I had a very large and non traditional bachelorette party that was extremely difficult to plan for but Tim made it sound like a piece of cake. I booked and about a month before the event we began finalizing many of the details. We had a ton of back and forth and if I had any complaint, it was only that the communication over finalizing the event wasn't necessary what I liked. I had to be proactive in contacting Tim and pushing for my event. He is definitely a busy guy, and definitely my event was not a easy one to book. But all that matters is that he delivered! And everything was awesome! He worked really hard to stay within my budget, unfortunately our budget got out of hand and we had to switch to Daylight instead of Marquee (which he was constantly recommending, but totally worth it). I believe he did his best to help me stay in the price range I was comfortable with. My itinerary was: Giant Limo to the Day Club Daylight Day Club - We had a huge couch and F/B minimum and hosted entry for 20+ people. I was super impressed by the amenities (umbrella, server, busser, giant fan with mist sprayer, tons of towels) It was much bigger and more comfortable than Marquee. The busser gave us a little bit of trouble saying we didn't pay gratuity but it was already included in my package with Galavantier. It got sorted easily by contacting Tim and that is on Daylight not Galavantier, it definitely helped to have someone to prevent us from being scammed. It also helped that Tim was there in person to make sure things went smooth, when he wasn't there he was very accessible by phone and text, which I appreciated. Crazy Horse 3 - Got entry into a strip club and table with 2 drinks per person. This was a nice strip club! Very posh. They are not too keen on a giant group of lesbians taking up strip club real estate but it was fine and there was no problems once we made it rain. We also got a giant party bus to and from the strip club, which was awesome! Tim wasn't at the club to help us get in but had another Galavantier guy, Dean, take care of us, plus help from the strip club guy himself (Mike Jones). Very friendly and helpful. Everything was pretty much easy, painless, on time and worth every dollar. I am pretty grateful for Tim's help and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. I had a lot of anxiety over whether this event would be successful and fun, but next time I can feel more confident. I'm pretty sure I drove him crazy calling him everyday. My only advice would be that if you planning a event, I think these guys are more used to planning last minute. I had asked other promoters or event people and many of them would say a month or even two weeks before the events was too far in advance. I tried to plan mine 7 months in advance so I felt like I was going crazy having to wait two weeks till the event to finalize everything. I'm finally taking the time to post one of my first reviews. Unfortunately it's not a great one. A friend and I made plans with Galavantier for 2/13/16. We had frequent detailed conversations about our plans with Damian beforehand. I'd given my deposit weeks in advance. The plans were set with an emailed contract sent to myself for a party bus to chateau nightclub with bottle service. Bottle service was to include belvedere and Moët per the emailed contract and the conversation we had on the phone. I was feeling really comfortable as Damian was easy to talk to and assured me everything would go smoothly. I'd even received a phone call before the event from a lady named Kayla the day before and the night of the event to assure everything was on track. "Nice!" I thought. Ok so fast forward to actually showing up to Chateau. The guy, Matt, that was supposed to assure our seamless entry into Chateua met us outside of Chateua. That's where things got interesting. The rest of my party paid the remainder of the balance. It was a total of 8 of us. Matt then takes our money and begins "working" on our well paid for entry. And boy did it look like work. There seemed to be confusion of some sort but we weren't told there was a problem of any sort. Mind you it was 5 attractive women and 3 guys( the main reason we opted for bottle service). At this point we're all thinking "what's the issue here?" Matt assured us everything was perfect. We finally make it in after about 30 minutes of him "working" on our entry and out hostess for the night greets us and goes over our bottle service for the night. It is at this point we find out the contract and conversation I'd previously had with Damian and Kayla were basically null and void. We had belvedere as promised but Instead of Moët we were given Chandon. Our hostess explained that our package did not allow for Moet. So of course my entire party is pretty upset as we paid for a specific package (not cheap) so that's what we expect. So we turn to Matt to look for his assistance with this issue. His response was basically there was nothing he could do. "I'd advise you to just enjoy your night. Drink the bottles they've provided you and take it up with Damian tomorrow. It's out of my hands." Everyone was pretty disappointed. Especially myself as it was my idea to use Galavantier. I had everyone pitch in on this package that wasn't honored so of course I felt responsible for us getting bamboozled. I immediately reached out to Damian to tell him the situation with no response. Ever. Then a couple of days later Kayla reached out to follow up with the night and hear how great everything turned out. I told her the situation as well. Guess what? No response from her either. Not so much as an apology or explanation. Very long story made long: don't count on Galavantier following through with a contract. read more

Kelly did a great job of setting things up at tryst. Chris was able to bring us into the club later around 11:45 per our request. It was for my brothers bachelor party and things went great. I used this site to plan my sister's bachelorette weekend and it was amazing!!! It was nice knowing that our nights were already planned and payed for prior to heading out so we didn't have to waste time on deciding where we were going to go, waiting in line, changing plans because someone didn't want to pay a certain amount blah blah blah. This way we put a package together with one of the hosts. He was so nice he split it up so we all payed the same amount and then I just sent the girls the link so they could pay their part online. I would have given then 5 stars but there was just a little miscommunication on who we we're suppose to meet for the club crawl but our host that had helped us plan cleared it up right away. Used this company for a party bus to take us from our hotel to our wedding, then from the wedding back to the hotel. I have emails and texts confirming that the bus was to pick us up at 7pm and again at 9:30pm. The day of the wedding I was confident that everything was going to go fine. My aunt called and confirmed for 7pm, and they texted my fiancé and confirmed 7pm. Well my party and myself were waiting outside the hotel at 6:55. At 7:10 I made my fiancé call. The driver said he was almost there. At 7:20 I called and he told me he was told 7:30, I said you are a liar. My bridesmaids and I then got in a cab and went to the venue because we had to be there at a certain time. The driver then showed up and picked up my part at 7:30. My brother in law asked to see the drivers paperwork and I fact it did say 7:00 pm. So the driver did lie to me. The driver picked us up at 9:35, 5 mins late. My aunt walked into the bus to find wine spilt everywhere, empty bottles and glass. It smelt of cat pee and booze. My aunt then got off the bus and complained to the driver. He kinda cleaned up the spilt wine. He left all the empty bottles and glass. At this point I said whatever lets just go back to our hotel and have some fun. Needless to say our ride back was awful it smelled so bad. My $4000 wedding dress got wine on it that we thought he cleaned up. So unprofessional. So upsetting and a miserable experience for my wedding day. I complained that night. And we did get our money refunded. But no offer to clean my dress. That I took to the cleaners the next day and got charged $300.00 for. Awful awful awful! I had one aunt that was so perturbed that she was flipping out on the way home. Now mind you her and her husband are minimalistic people who don't have tv and live very simple. So for her to be that upset was a big deal. We should of gotten reimbursement for the cab we had to take as well! read more

We had never used any VIP hosting service before when going to Vegas. But since we had a bachelor party planned we wanted the party to go on without any hangups. Contacted Galavantier through the internet and a host quickly replied through email. They asked about what we wanted to do and budget so they could give us our options. Everything went smooth as can be. The Vip host kept in contact with us when we arrived in Vegas and the day of our party night. The driver arrived on time for our scheduled pick up time. When we reached the dance club, VIP host met us there on time and walked us right into our Table service. I would have loved to give a good review of this company going into my Vegas experience. I worked with Demitri who was very helpful and appeared to be upfront in answering all of my questions and I can assure you I asked a lot. I asked for "all in" pricing. His response, "I'm glad you asked, I like to be upfront about the fees with our customers." ***Disclaimer: he was not.*** He sent me a quote representing that I would be pre-paying a portion of the cost of a table at Wet Republic and only owing the "balance" of that amount at the pool. The pool party has come and gone. Don't get me wrong it was BLAST. I couldn't recommend Wet Republic more. However, when we got our itemized receipt, it didn't appear to account for any "deposit." We spoke with Wet Republic and they told us we should talk with our booking agent if the cost of the deposit hadn't been refunded. When our group reached out to Galavantier they explained I actually paid a booking fee. Not a deposit. See the "cost breakdown" sent to me below. It is a copy and paste from my e-mail. COST BREAKDOWN: $2,500.00 SPENDING MINIMUM $1,182.00 SERVER GRATUITY, TAXES & FEE'S _______________________________________ $3,682.00 GRAND TOTAL (Based on 8 People) - $351.00 BOOKING PAYMENT $3,331.00 ESTIMATED DUE UPON ARRIVAL Apparently "estimated" is a term they throw around loosely to mislead people. If anyone is wondering if we surpassed our minimum spend as an explanation of the difference in price - the answer is not really. We spend $2550 on a $2500 minimum spend table. We ended up paying Demitri's "honest" all in pricing PLUS his undisclosed booking fee. Overall, this company is DISHONEST - leaning hard on the fine print and encouraging their booking personnel to misrepresent the financial situation to the customer. Stay away. Or at least be warned. read more

I used Galavantier for my 25th birthday this year. I filled out their online form about 5 months prior to my birthday and got a call from Barbara. I was amazed at her customer service skills. The whole time we were planning my event, I felt like I was her only client. Whenever I would text or call she would get back to me almost immediately. My birthday this year fell on the weekend after Labor Day, so I was worried that clubs and pools would be kind of dead. But Barbara gave me great advice on where to go. I used the company to book my hotel and a cabana at a pool party. They offered the best pricing that I had seen so far! So I decided to stay at the Elara and we booked a cabana at Daylight pool party. We did run into a problem while booking the room, but when I brought it to Barbara's attention, she took care of it right away. The pool party was the highlight of my trip. It was a true VIP experience. The night before, I received a call from Tim who let me know that he was going to be walking us in. When we got there, Tim walked us past the line and to our cabana. He made sure everything was set up properly and even took a few pictures for us. Me and my friends had so much fun and I was able to relax and enjoy my birthday weekend. My husband and I just returned home from an amazing trip to Las Vegas. We stayed at the Wynn hotel where they have the nightclub Tryst (which is awesome.) A good friend of mine recommended this company Galavantier. Let me just say....AWESOME!!! First class service at its best! We decided to reserve a VIP table. We arrived at 11pm and Tim from Galavantier was on time waiting for us at the door. Walked us right in and brought us to our table. Anything we needed he was there the entire night. Galavantier is the way to go!! Provides excellent service and offers several different options for traveling in Vegas! What better way to go to Vegas than to feel like someone cares about your trip and your awesome experience? On previous trips I've had to stand in long lines and try to get discounts from people who were probably trying to rip me off on the strip, but thanks to Galavantier I can arrange my whole trip and get the best prices. Not only this, but after a while the casinos can get boring and there seems to be a whole other side to Vegas that no one really explores. I have read so many fantastic reviews but our experience with Galavantier was average at best. I am not sure if it is because we are british or so young (or the fact we were a group of one girl and 5 guys - we were in town for Sema Car Show) but I felt like we were a nuisance and I was distinctly underwhelmed by the service. I booked all our club nights about 5 months in advance and explained we wanted to go out saturday, sunday, tuesday and thursday night, we wanted to try any of a handful of 5 or 6 clubs and we wanted the limo package with $1000 tab. At first the service was great we booked for Tao Saturday, XS Sunday, Drais Tuesday and Marquee Thursday at the recommendation of our host. i had had no contact from the company at all despite having paid our final balance and despite emailing my contact and the main address I recieved no response. Then a week before i received a call to confirm my trip - I then received 3 more calls over the next few days from different people doing the same thing - there is clearly a lack of communication within the company! I then looked through all the websites of the clubs we were booked to visit and discovered that Marquee is closed on Thursdays - !!!?? I rang and spoke with a girl who just said no it's fine it just means there isn't an event - I then got put on hold and spoke to someone else who explained our original contact had left and Marquee IS closed on thursdays. We were promised a great table at Tryst to make up for the error - I should point out that our table that night was the worst of the week - it was small - we couldn't all sit down without hanging off the edges so 2 - 3 of us had to stand and it was away from the dancefloor on the walkway to the toilets. Our table at Tao was fantastic, it was large and just close enough to the dancefloor. The table at XS was a little small for 6 people again but had a great view of the dancefloor and as Skrillex was djing this was a plus! I understand that perhaps we only got the best table we could for our money but I would have appreciated being told as we may have chosen to do only 2 nights out with great tables big enough for all of us to fit on!!!! Tuesday night I was sick so didnt go out with the boys. They waited ten minutes past pick up and the driver hadnt showed up to meet them so they walked to Drais - our host had not got in contact that day as promised and as they had the other nights so they did not have any way of contacting her or even knowing where to meet them. Despite all contact to me coming via my mobile the limo driver then called my mum at home (in england) at what was 5:50 am british time and woke her up to tell her the limo was outside Caesars Palace!!! When i complained to Galavantier the next day i was told they had no record of that number on their system but i am guessing they did unless he magically guessed my house number? On our final night out I had the call from Galavantier confirming Limo arrangements. I then went to the pool and came back to 6 missed calls from the same number - i rang back and she said they had no record of calling me? As i have said previously the table on the last night was shockingly bad and the music not to our taste at all so we only stayed a few hours - when i rang to rearrange from Marquee as it was shut they offered me a table at Tryst as the only option but did not ask where we might like to go or what music we were in to etc and as we had already paid we had no choice. Drais on Tuesday also wasn't the main club as we were looking forward to it was the Country Club in Drais Afterhours - which was fine but again no one advised me of this. If I go back to Vegas I would definitely not use this company again! My phone bill will be huge from the amount of times they called, we had little to no help or advice and were not made to feel like we had much choice in anything. A waste of $7500 in my opinion and the only sore point from a fantastic holiday. Perhaps great for people in the US but i would definitely NOT recommend to anyone from another country. read more

I had a wedding in Vegas, which I had booked a Limo through Galavantier. They did not show or have record of us booking, even though I had record of the emails saying they were setting it up. I would not recommend them for any special event. read more
