Parking looked very limited on the map, but there are actually additional parking spaces on the street and on the side of the building. There are parking attendants that will assist you with parking, and it was pretty efficient. When you step inside, you'll go through a metal detector and security. There's a small bar, but I was pretty impressed with the amount of alcohol and win/beer that they have. Prices for drinks were reasonable. The sound system in the venue was perfect. They genuinely care about what you want as a couple and not just about their design wants. We wanted a unique diamond shape altar and they built it for us. We had an issue with a hedge wall being knocked over by a gust of wind and knocking over a guest (he was fine thank goodness). The vice president of the company personally called us the next day to apologize for the incident. That meant a lot to me. Overall, we were very pleased with our wedding decor.
