This company is fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking to impress clients while in Vegas. I was just in Vegas for a convention and had to close a huge business deal so of course I wanted to wine and dine my clients. For anyone that doesn't know, nightclubs are the biggest thing going in Vegas right now and trust me there nearly impossible to get into. I know this because I tried the first night I was there and tried to slip a bouncer $100 at the club inside my hotel (Pure club) and I was simply ignored. The next day at the show our clients showed interest in checking out a nightclub after dinner. Someone recommended a club in the Wynn hotel called Xs but said it was one of the hardest clubs to get into because of celebrity DJ's. After my experience the night before I thought I would just call and make reservations but they were sold out and recommended I get there early and to be patient if I wanted to get in. Concerned that I would look like a complete idiot in front of these clients, I contacted my hotel concierges for assistance, but they told me the same thing. I explained what had happen to me the night before but since this club was in another hotel they couldn't guarantee I'd still be able to get in with my group and suggested i go back to the pure club. I said no thanks! I ended up going through a fancy magazine in my room and found this company which had the best tag line ever, "Leave the planning to us". It said they specialize in nightlife so I figured what the hell, not like I had any other options. I spoke with a guy name Sammy helped me and I highly recommend him. He was extremely helpful and I would definitely say an expert when it comes to the club scene. I honestly thought this was to good to be true considering my hotel concierge couldn't even help me so I decided I'd call them back and check with the concierges again to see if they heard of them. The hotel concierges couldn't give me a personal recommendation from experience but said they've had other hotel guests who have used them before and that they haven't had any complaints. I ended up calling them back and booked a bottle service table which they highly recommended considering I wanted to impress my clients. I'm glad I did. An hour later I received a phone call who said he was my personal VIP host, pretty cool right? It gets better, my group and I ended up meeting our host right after dinner who walked us pass a sea of people straight to the front ropes and before you know it I was sitting at a private table with my clients who were more than super impressed. We had such a great time and you guessed it, the deal was sealed and a promise for a large PO was made the next day. Ok, I think you get the point so I won't bore you any further. The bottom line is these guys get it done and I highly recommend them if you want to know what it's like to feel like a total rockstar as I did that night. A+A+A+ Thank you Galavantier for making our Vegas weekend EPIC! I was in charge of planning a 2 day bachelor party for 12 people and had no clue where to start and what to do. After doing several online searches I stumbled across Galavantier and could not be more happy. I immediately put a request in for what I needed and was immediately contacted by Kelly offering me several various packages that included bottle service at different clubs as well as transportation to both clubs. Kelly was super friendly and kept in constant contact and helped me find the best plan for a Saturday evening at XS. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in making both night a success. I had last minute questions for Kelly and was able to text him after business hours and still got a quick reply from him. Talk about great customer service! Kelly wanted to be sure I was on the right track to making our nights a success. We arranged a Mercedes party bus on a Friday to take our group to a club off the strip and our limo driver Bobby remained in constant touch with me throughout the evening. When we got in our limo Bobby was playing our favorite songs while he drove us to our destination. The Mercedes party bus is perfect and affordable for a large group of friends who don't want to worry about catching a cab and being over charged. Saturday night was our grand night. Our host for the evening was Michael Dean who again provided excellent communication on where to meet so he could walk us straight into XS and our VIP Cabana. Michael stayed with us and waited to ensure our bottle service was delivered. We did absolutely nothing as Michael worked with our host to ensure we were taken care of. Michael even introduced us to security who ensured we were all in good hands for the evening. Indeed we had an AMAZING time and thanks to the staff of Galavantier for your awesome service, communication and staff for making us feel VIP! Just came back from my bachelor party in Vegas -- had a blast! Comparing this trip to the last bachelor party I've attended in Vegas, this time around was more organized, working through Galavantier. I searched the events I wanted to attend (mostly EDM DJ's at night clubs and pool parties), and set them up through Tim Ziles. I was extremely hesitant to work through a travel agency, as I was afraid there may be some hidden costs. Galavantier emails you a quote and a receipt of exactly what you're getting, and the payment plan is quite easy. Whether you're splitting the bill between friends, or paying it all yourself, there's a fee that is added to the total cost for using this payment plan so be prepared. Another thing I was worried about was the VIP entry for the events -- we were told a host/promoter would be contacting us the day of the event and meeting us at the entrance to take us in past the general admission line. I've heard before that people have tried setting up VIP the same way, and they ended up waiting longer than expected for the host to meet them or even contact them. NOT THE CASE. The host contacts you in advance with their contact info, and all you have to do is text him/her when you arrive at the venue at the scheduled time you agreed on, and they will respond promptly with directions. Our contact, Michael for Encore Beach, met us outside of the general admission line and took care of the rest. For Sunday Night Swim at XS, our host, Elisa, was just as cordial, and made sure we got to our table without any issues. While Tim explained that the cost includes gratuity for the venues' servers, the cost does not include gratuity for Galavantier's hosts. While you may only see them for the brief time of them leading you to your table, I would suggest tipping them. They really do take care of you, in making sure your experience is exactly what you had expected. Don't forget to ask about hotel deals! I would recommend Galavantier to anyone. read more

Galavantier took care of my friends and I for a night of bottle service for 6 guys @ Drais. Kelly was my main contact and worked with me for our night out. We needed arrangements for a Saturday night, and I didn't contact Galavantier until Wednesday. I thought it would be tough with just a couple days between our first contact and our night out. But Kelly assured me our night out could still be planned, and he came thru magnificently. My group and I met our assigned host for the evening, Matt, outside the club just before our scheduled meet time. A plus already that he was on time. He walked us in with no problems and got us to our table in a sweet location, just at the entrance of the club looking at the stage. And although he didn't have to since I'd assume he was busy for the evening, Kelly even dropped by our table to check on us. Overall, the night was a blast. Kelly and his team know what they're doing. I should also mention he asked me questions to help guide me toward a specific club that would make sure it would be a fit for us. The company is very conscious to probably every party situation you can encounter. They even offer an option to split payment to not have to deal with the headache of gathering money from each individual. Literally, all expenses were taken care of up front, and there was no expectation of anything further monetarily speaking after the money was paid. I cannot recommend Kelly and his team enough. I was trying to book a club in Vegas for a group of 13 of us and I came across Galavantier. I was not sure what this VIP GALAVANTIER was all about but thought I would give it a try! I sent an e-mail with my request on what I was looking for and within hours I had 3 responses! Barb T was the rep I was working with and she was INCREDIBLE! I had a thousand questions for her and she answered each and every one of them! She was always quick to respond and made herself very accessible (via phone, email or text). Barb was always happy to answer any questions I had and ensured that we would have the time of our life (we booked at The Chateau Nightclub at the Paris). She was right- we DID have the time of our life! We felt like rockstars that night! We met another Rep at the club (Tim) and he showed us to our table and ensured that we were all set up and having a good time! The bottle service was INCREDIBLE! We had our own seating area in the nightclub, our own waitress (who poured our drinks for us), our own bouncer, and all the mixers we wanted. It was such an INCREDIBLE experience and I would do it again in a heart beat! We will definitely be accessing GALAVATIER the next time we head to Vegas! I went through Nikki Lewin to book a VIP table at XS nightclub for the night of April 18th. She was responsive to my requests and set it up with no problem. I arrived the 17th all pre-paid and ready to go. Then, tragedy hit as I lost my wallet with all my IDs and credit cards the night before. Frantic, I called Nikki and explained the situation. Clearly, this was my fault and I was ready to suffer the consequences. But Nikki worked incessantly to try to work something out. As it turned out, I was not able to go and I lost my table. Again, though she didn't have to, she went out of her way to offer a resolution that would make me happy. She was able to get most of my payment credited back to put in a table on May 2, which is Fight night, Mayweather/Pacquiao. So instead of losing my money, I am able to go back and have a table on one of the busiest nights of the year. Galavantier more than exceed my expectations and particularly Nikki Lewin is a concierge that goes above and beyond what is normally expected. If you are planning any event in Las Vegas, I highly recommend this company! read more

I bought VIP tickets for $1000 that stated that Bruno Mars was supposed to host a concert. He was supposed to bring in the New Year at the Tryst. He DID NOT come on stage until 1:30, not only that, but he was on the stage for ONLY 5 minutes and left. I couldn't believe it. I did not spend $1000 to listen to DJ's. I could've spent $20 and got the same experience somewhere else. I drove over 6 hours to get there. I will never go there again. BE CAREFUL WHERE AND WHO YOU BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Not only was the so called concert horrible. The customer service was bad too. A big white guy that was a host shoved me from behind while walking another party to their table. He knocked me over!!! What is that??? In all the years of my life I have never been treated that way buy a host, especially when I spent over $1000 on the venue. They need to be careful because I've had back surgery and he could have brutally hurt me. It was my first Vegas experience and the first impression was horrible. read more

I stumbled upon Galavantier while trying to find a place to coordinate my brother's 30th Birthday party. This planning started 5 months ago, and through this entire process Marquez has been incredibly helpful. When I needed to add things, remove things, lower things, or just downright needed to vent about the frustration my friends were causing me, Marquez was there. Amber was also incredibly helpful in making sure we had the hotel we wanted for a reasonable price. Any and all questions were answered, and even now as we're two days away from the festivities, they are still working with me to ensure my group and I have everything we need. They also recommend things that you, as not a local of Vegas, wouldn't know and that has been great as well. I can't wait for this weekend to see how everything turns out, but a weekend that includes a limo to Crazy Horse 3, Zombie Paintball, dinner at Fogo De Chao, a private party bus for our club crawl, and a pool party at Rehab should be epic beyond belief. #love read more

I used Galavantier to book table service at XS last weekend on a crazy busy night (Avicii was spinning). Our host Justin Abraham hooked us up with a GREAT table right by the pool and made sure we had everything we needed. I chose this company based on their Yelp reviews and wasn't disappointed. It was super easy for all 9 of us to pay our individual shares via credit card on the company's website. It was nice to know who paid and who didn't. As far as their service went, it was top notch. Justin responded quickly to all of my questions, which is important when you're spending thousands of dollars for 10 guys to go to a top club. And as I hoped, there were NO surprises. We got right in, bypassed the line, and were marched to our table where everyone treated us like royalty. So much can go wrong when with a large group of guys trying to get into a nightclub. We got our table at a good decent price including cake and limo ! I'm amazed with the service we received .. The night before they re confirmed stayed in touch with us .. The night of the reservation I received calls and texts from our host and limo driver ! Letting us know where they are downstairs and our personal host guide us from the Wynn doors right down the stairs and inside right to our table at the Tryst !! defiantly 5 star experience !! I went to Vegas for my bachelor party this past August and it was a successful trip thanks to Galavantier and especially Tim Zile. If your wanting to go to Vegas and have a VIP night out or enjoy bottle service at the beach club get ahold of Tim with Galavantier. He managed to get my group of 10 guys into the nightclub on Friday with 2 bottles of Grey Goose. About an hour into the night Tim showed back up with another comped bottle of Grey Goose, totally unexpected. Saturday we locked down the beach couch with a massive credit line or "tab". We were literally 30 feet away from Russell Westbrook, truly VIP. All in all it was a hell of a time, I will have to admit I too was very nervous about the whole process and when I would text or call it felt like a lifetime for a response, however it really was only a matter of minutes before Tim got in touch with me and was very reassuring about everything. We had a great experience using their services and will recommend others use them as well for Vegas arrangements. My wife and I got married at the Paris Hotel in February 2014. We were flying from DC and had a small group of family and friends coming with us. We wanted to setup VIP services at a night club after the wedding reception but were hesitant to just pick any company and/or club to set this up for us. After reading reviews for Galavantier, we felt we found the right group and we were right. Demetri T. kept in contact with me leading up to the big night and gave great customer service. The payment process was smooth as well. Our 20+ group was escorted in to Pure nightclub without any problems or waiting in line. The reservation was actually for 15 people but they didn't make it a big issue to have a few more people. Tim Zile booked our stuff and was great to work with, made everything easy. Mike Dean was our host and did a great job as well. He met us right on time and we jumped the line to get into the club immediately. He took care of everything and stayed until we were satisfied with everything before he left. We didn't have to worry about a thing because he took care of it. Everything that Glavantier advertised and promised was what we got. Just got back from our bachelor/Bachelorette partys. Everyone had a blast!! I couldn't have done it without Barbara. She was super helpful in recommending clubs based on our preferences. Every time I needed to talk to her she was available and always was willing to help with my big group. At LAX our host Chris was on time, snapped a few pics and took us right to our table. Smooth process...Melat our host at Chateau took us past the long line and right to our table. She saw us seated and checked up on us later on the night. Great job! At Bank, Nashima assisted the girls and they were super happy on how fast they got into the club and bypassing the long lines...From now on every time I come to Vegas, I will use their service. If I could give these guys a 10 I would 5 stars is not enough. I was in charge of planning the entire Fellas weekend trip from 4/7/16-4/12/16. I'm a Vegas Vet this was my 7th trip but 2 of my friends had never been. Going to Vegas with 4 guys and no girls the club entrance could be a problem. Getting into Drai's when somebody is performing you are guaranteed a 2hr wait time, but Galavantier made it so easy. Megan, Marquise, Bre, and Amber all provided EXCELLENT customer service, if I called or text somebody responded quickly and was eager to help. Limo service and VIP entrance into the club was a finger tip away, Matt was our host at Drai's Saturday(Trey Songs) and Sunday(Future) our total wait time both nights combine was around 3 mins. What can I say, I couldn't have ask for anything else from Galavantier. My experience with them was pretty awesome I have to say. Starting with the person who helped me set it all up (Barbara Tarighi) she was great, helped me out with whatever situation I brought to her. Helped me set up the best Vegas weekend ever. 2nd, Friday night we meet our host (Tim) who meet us at paris/Chateau. Nice dude, walked us straught to the club with ease. No problem what so ever. 3rd, saturday morning we went to Rehab in hard Rock. First time there and I gotta say it was badass. Our host (Micheal Dean) did what ever he could to get us in asap. Shortly after leaving my Review of Galavantier I was contacted by Katie, a representative of the company. She has been extremely helpful and apologetic of the events that occurred on the night we dealt with her company. She listened to what happened that night and seems like she has been working hard in order to rectify our bad experience. After conferring with upper management, she was able to refund a small amount of the money spent, and offer money off of our next dealings with Galavantier. I am pleased with the effort that has been shown to resolve this issue. I only wish this same effort was shown at the time I was dealing with this inconvience, not a month and a half later. Even though I have been guaranteed that my experience will be 100% better, I am still a bit cautious. read more
