Virk intentionally damaged the bumper of my brand-new Corvette Z06 and made no effort to repair or compensate me. After I demanded that the damages be covered, he disappeared and ignored all communication. Weeks later, he agreed in writing to pay $1,500 for the damage -- a payment he has still failed to make. When confronted, Virk even went so far as to threaten to fight me instead of taking responsibility This is not an isolated incident. Virk has a history of mishandling customer vehicles, leaving them damaged or unfinished. Moreover, his business repeatedly violates township regulations by performing outdoor and body work in areas where he is not zoned or licensed to do so. My legal counsel and I are in the process of contacting the township zoning officer regarding these violations. Consumers should be extremely cautious when dealing with Ehtesham Virk and Gooncustoms.
