Bumps and uneven color. Just horrible Gel Polish on my toes. The man who did my Pedicure I remember from years ago ( at another salon) and he painted horrible then too. I let the guy know I didnt want GEL on my fingers, just regular Polish I must have said it 3 times, so he is doing my manicure then says allll done & hasn't even painted my finger nails! Luckily another lady painted my fingers with polish so they came out looking great. But my toes? Horrible and stuck with them for 3 weeks at least. Sadly, as nice as pedicure treatments were (massage/wax/chair) my toes dont look good. So I won't be back. :(

I even asked and she pointed to the yellow loofah and said she did, "extra" for $10 more. She spent probably 30 seconds. Then after I asked, she scrubbed for another minute. There is no special callus treatment here. I'm pretty sure that wasn't normal because I've had pedicures my entire life at least once a month. I felt like she also stabbed me when cleaning cuticles that I gasped pretty loud. I know she's just doing her job but I wasn't balky and I won't be back here again.

That said, there's one lady there who is always unpleasant. She constantly gives me mean looks and once did a rushed service for me, my nails and hand/foot massage were a total quickie, and I hated it. For some reason, she always gives me a stank face when I come in and stares me down. I don't hold back and stare back, but it's definitely uncomfortable. If I go in, I always call ahead to see if they have time, since I usually decide the day of. The last time I tried to go, they said they were fully booked. No worries, saved me the drive, so I went somewhere else that was able to take me in. While I was parking, Merry Nails called back to let me know their appointment had cancelled and asked if I wanted to come in. I couldn't since I was already at another place, but I appreciated that they called me back. Overall, the good technician makes me come back, but the rude staff member is a downside. The callback was a nice touch, though.

Crazy right? I went in for nail repair not expecting to not be charged. Daisy repaired 1st nail and the rest when I came in each time. No charge for repairing someone else's work. Thank you Daisy! She takes care of everyone. Got me right in no time The vibe here is relaxing, open, and quiet. Walk-ins are welcome, and I really like that there isn't a lot of loud cross-talk between the employees. The atmosphere feels calm and welcoming.I can fall asleep while getting my pedi. She told me the curved French tip would be $10, but when I said I didn't like the curve, she said "that's the best I can do" and she'd just charge me $7 for a regular one instead. At checkout, she still charged me the full $10 anyway and said she did the curve disregarding what she said before. It's not even about the $3--it's the fact that she said one thing and did another. She also continuously tried to argue with me about it after the fact I paid. That kind of service just doesn't sit right with me. I wouldn't go back.
