The fresh fruit adds the perfect touch. I think it's just me maybe but I am getting tired of paying $70 for a Deluxe gel pedicure and she couldn't even ombré my big toe like I asked. If you don't know how to ombré...why are you doing nails and toes? I sent the lady initially painting my full toe then I stopped her and said no I wanted it ombré...she processed to shake her head and paint the full nail. Then when I confronted her, the other lady who was either the manager or spoke more English said oh sorry your nails are already painted lol . I'm not the sort of person to speak outright - but I did say so.. my sister had a better experience apparently.. I'll share with photos. **It's not coffin, it's uneven. When told so- I was spoken down to. If you know best, do it. No cuticles, I even bled on a nail and let it go.. And it was my fault for not speaking up. I made the mistake of not being more rude myself. At least I would've gotten my monies worth.. 110 down the drain and a 15 tip. Still filing my nails down to make them even... I went to this salon twice. Each time I was not given the service I requested. When I corrected the nail techs each time they had a horrible attitude as if I did something wrong by insisting on the service that I originally requested. Not to mention that the service I received was noticeably below par. Spending $75-$125 for services to receive something that look like a blind person provided was beyond upsetting. To add insult to injury I had no time to have the mess corrected by another salon due to time constraints. Save yourself the aggravation and find another salon for your service. You will not be satisfied and will be mistreated in the process. read more

I am very disappointed today I came in for a gel pedicure , I picked the $50 one for 60 min . It was literally over in 30 min . One of the males did the work not sure of his name . I also got my nails done by Vivian , I loved the color but it started skinny and ended a bit lumpy . They rushed my whole spa experience . My appointment was at 1 pm , and i Didn't get seated until 1:23. I will not be coming back . Total cost was $120 and I gave them a $20 tip . I don't think they deserved it but I will not Recommend this place . read more

Went in for my first gel nails here the water they used was COLD to soak your nails in. And they said my nails were "thin" as they sanded it down 4 times and purposely weakened my nail enamel. Then had the audacity to tell me upgraded to Dip powder and they sanded down my nails super thin on purpose. Had gross food sunflower droppings on the floor and table. Used an old nail file not a clean one looked super old. read more

kim does my toe nails and although there is a bit of a language barrier, i show her pictures and she comes through every time!! shes never angry or annoyed if i ask her to make a line thicker or thinner, and everytime i get a package with the massage she goes in i always close my eyes to fully enjoy the massages she gives. i always get a french tip on my toes and she has french tips downnnn. i appreciate her skills and great service everytime. GO TO KIM FOR YOUR PEDI AND YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. read more
