I go in for gel manicures and pedicures regularly and my nails have been so much stronger since coming here. The polish last up to 3 weeks and the technicians are very welcoming, even when I bring in designs that challenge them. I recommend Emily, Kathy, Jaden, and Hanna for beautiful hand-drawn designs. I used to frequent this nail salon back in the day, I became a mom and that goes out the window. well I recently started to get my nails done again and I'm actually so disappointed. It took me a little while yo write the review because I didn't want to be mean but I have to say something. I want to start by saying i left unhappy but I paid and I even tipped. That being said, my toes initially looked okay, then when it got to my hands they changed people and the lady did not listen to me when I told her I didn't want my nails cut but to shape them with the file and round the edges instead of square, but she started clipping and it was too late to say anything- can't put them back on (whatever, they will grow back) but what really gets me is, I've had my gel manicure and pedicure about a week and both are chipping and look awful, it actually started chipping a few days in. Then to pay they want cash or a Venmo with a gift for the reason why. I won't ever come here again. That was not the experience i expected for a service over $100. read more

I've been getting my nails and toes done since i was a little girl with my aunt and I finally found this place again!! They did the best nails EVER for my homecoming in high school and they were pretty difficult but they did them somehow better than the picture I showed for reference, and they fixed my nails for me today that I had got elsewhere. But at least I got a whole three days out of my nails before the first nail popped off. This is an edit to my previous review... I have been here for a while while I have had no issues before and have always had dip. This last set I got has been nothing but issues. I have had to come in for 3 fix's in a week and now I have 3 broken nails .... I was washing dishes and hit my nail on a glass and it broke.? The rest chipped off and my natural nail broke before I could get in for a fix. When I get in to fix it the natural nail is broken and she tells me I broke it ... the only one I hit was the last one, so not true, but I don't want to argue. I just came in for an 4th time to get the same set fixed and she tells me I'm hitting it, this time I'm just a little frustrated and I tell her no, she argues with me and tells me I need to do acrylic. I've been doing dip for about five years and never had a problem so I told her no it's just this set.I've never had a problem before even with her I've never had a problem. The girls who did our nails (Rose and Emily maybe?? I can't remember what her name was for sure) were very nice and checked in several times to make sure that we were doing okay and that we liked our nails. The gel colors we got are absolutely beautiful and the smiley face design is exactly what my sister asked for. This shop is the 2nd shop one I've been to since I've moved here and the 2nd visit appointment I had at this place. Yesterday I brought my mom so we can get pedicures,and our appointment was at noon. It was so packed they didn't get to us til 30 min later. I might as well had just been a walk in,if thats the case. Two men did our pedicures, my service was ok but I wasn't thrilled about my pedicure. My mom's toes were cut too short and the left big toe doesn't look good at all,the nail was extremely too short. Last time I came before yesterday, a lady yelled at a male employee for messing up her acrylics. I think the men there need more training. Zero stars if I could... I went in to this place today to get my acrylic nails off and had the worst experience. First, the tech tried to rip them off and I said no, that would hurt too much (and be horrible for my nails obviously), so I asked to have them soaked and sanded off. She agreed to remove them this way but said it would take a while, she seemed to be in a rush even though it was an hour and a half still to close. I said I didn't want her to cut my natural nails underneath the acrylics since I had been growing them out for a month and I bet they were nice and long but she cut them anyways. She was really rough with the sand machine tool and cut my skin and left a big gash in my thumb nail and proceeded to tell me my nail was really skinny...ITS BECAUSE YOU JUST GASHED IT HELLO!! My nails hurt, my thumb hurts where she cut it and I wish I didn't pay, let alone leave a tip. After she was done with me she left, what a hurry she was in... Avoid this place if you can! Smelled like cigarettes, was dirty, tacky, and the service was terrible! Terrible experience. Left wounded and with nails I have to fix myself. read more

Completely disappointing! Went in for a gel manicure and left with uneven lot shapes nails, nails with traces of lint left under the polish, and polish that chipped one day later! It was difficult to communicate with my technician as she did not speak nor completely understand English. Use to enjoy visiting this location but quality has taken an enormous dip. I'm so sad to be downgrading my review but after ANOTHER shoddy mani/pedi I'm going to have to do just that. Lately the salon has been insanely busy and to (attempt) to help the staff out I've been making appointments as opposed to just walking in. What purpose an appointment serves is beyond me though. I went with my mom on a Saturday and waited 45 minutes after our appointment time before we were helped. I decided to give it another go and made another appointment a few weeks later. Waited 15 minutes before I was helped. What was frustrating was a couple groups of people walked in ahead of me and were served first. That would be fine if we were both walk-ins but I had taken the time to actually schedule a visit. More annoying however is that with the increase in business they've sadly taken to rushing customers to get more people in. This last appointment the girl was practically throwing my hands and feet around because a few groups walked in after me. She messed up my nails twice and had to redo them. She did a sloppy job on my toes (the pinky toe is already ruined and it's been like 45 minutes) and my gel mani looks about as good as I could've done at home. This was AFTER 2 tries. I try to stay loyal to businesses but I've been "burned" twice now. I think it's time to find a new salon. read more

This place was great! I went around 2pm on a Monday and there was only 2 other people. When I left, there was about 8 people. Everyone wearing masks. No other very Stringent things going on in ways of COVID...I mean you're in Yuba. The technician Emily was the best! I got gel nails on my toes and they look incredible. I got the third Priceist package with the gel and it turned out to be a little over 50. Then add the tip-it's COVID, you gotta tip very well. I loved it, great massage, relaxing atmosphere, clean.
