I called once and asked if they could do a fill on my nails because they "accept walk in's" they told me yes so I went and when I walked in they weren't busy at all but the lady at the front desk said they didn't have time, I told her I had just called n asked n they told me they could. I absolutely love this place. They are so good not just to me but many others. I can call them up when I've had two weeks of hell and say is there any chance I can get in and they always get me in sometimes don't understand them there's a language barrier, but they do their best For those that don't speak good English, but there are people to assist you. I wanted to get a new set of nails done Feb for my birthday. I told the woman that gel nails would not work as they fall off and she agreed to use acrylic. She put on a full set and they looked great for about 7 days (thankfully after my party) until they started to become loose and then they started to fall off; one by one?!..... I had ONE NAIL left out of the ten new ones they applied when I returned almost fourteen days later. When I returned to ask for half of my money back the manager at the front desk said, "I've seen you in here before getting a new nail put on after they fall off." I said, "Yes, one nail - Not Nine!!!" When I asked for half my money to be returned she said No. I then said I want the owners phone number and she refused to provide it. I have been going to pro nails since I was a little girl . Since my grandma started taking me there around age 5 or 6 . I am now 25. So I know everyone there , they seriously are really kind and loving . But this past year it has been nothing but issues . I hate to even give this place a bad review . But after what happened today , I can't sit here and act like it didn't happen . So my mother is leaving tonight for a cruise . So of course she wants to get pampered . She has been going through a lot , her health has declined recently , and she literally just got out of the hospital and had surgery. She is on new blood thinners , her pancreas is having issues , as well as her liver. She is not a drug user , she has never ever used anything , she doesn't drink , she doesn't even take pain medication , at all , not even in the hospital. I am saying all of this , because this pertains to this incident . My mom has been feeling really down lately about how she has been looking since she got sick. She is a little pale because of the blood thinners , she has bags under her eyes because the pain is so bad sometimes she doesn't sleep . And if you have ever been sick , hospitalized , or had surgery you know how that affects your looks . Since she is going on a trip . To Mexico , of course she wants to go get her toe nails done , a nice pedicure , she deserves it , for the last week she has been laying in a hospital bed . When she went in there , they asked how I was doing , like I said they have known me since I was younger . Then they told my mother , YEA I DIDNT RECOGNIZE YOU BECAUSE YOU LOOK SO OLD , YOU AGED ALOT , YOU LOOK REALLY BAD . Not saying that like , is everything okay because you look bad or sick . NO , STRAIGHT FU***** SAID , YOU HAVE AGED ALOT AND LOOK VERY OLD . She then explained about the hospital , going through all this new medical treatments , surgery , hospital stay , everything . THEY SAID YEA BUT THAT DOESNT AGE YOU LIKE YOU HAVE !!!!!! THAT IS NOT OKAY !!! MY mother called me crying , asking why they would ask her this , if she does look old . Why they would say this if she doesn't . You have lost our business . I will drive out of town to get my nails done , I do not care if I have to spend more money or waste gas to go to a farther place . I know they speak what's on there mind , but when it comes to a woman's age , how she looks , keep it to your self . Just ask if she is okay , or if something has been going on . Don't be completely negligent and rude . I thought about calling and addressing the situation , but I did love this lady who told my mother this . I am unsure on what to do . BUT I HOPE YOU KNOW YOU RUINED MY MOTHERS SELF ESTEEM , MY MOM IS ABOUT TO LEAVE SOMEWHERE ON A VACATION WELL DESERVED , AND YOU MADE HER FEEL THE LOWEST SHE EVER HAS . Trust me , If I was there . Came across this place I called to see when they could fit us in and they said an hour. We arrived and were seated immediately. Tried this nail salon because it was recommended. I made an appointment arrived on time and was directed to a chair . I sat with my feet in cold water for 25 minutes before starting the pedicure. The massage and pedicure were very nice. While drying I asked to check out 3 times and was ignored. I finally stood up and asked again and was able to pay.Poor customer service especially since I had an appointment. Very disappointing. read more

Went in and had a pedicure done here. Told them not to cut down into my nails because I get ingrown toenails. The lady misunderstood me and thought I said I had an ingrown toenail. She cut way down in and hurt me bad. Then I asked if I could get nails. They said it would be not until the following Monday that I could get nails done. I thought for a shop that said walk-ins welcome that was kind of ridiculous. Then I noticed my feet were still rough and I went back the next day and told them. They said I would need to schedule another pedicure and insinuated I would have to pay for it. I will never go back there again. read more

I've been going to Pro nails for a while now, but when one of the girls went on vacation they were so busy that the gal doing my acrylics did a horrible job. My nails were filed down so much that when I went to take off the acrylic my real nail was coming up. After a month I still have pieces of acrylic on my real nails. I'm so disappointed, but never going there again. read more
