It's really unfortunate that I have to write this review. I have called Pink Luxe 4 times. The first time they didn't answer and it was past 10am. No big deal. Called back another day and got ahold of somebody. Was told that they will call me back after an hour once they do more research. Never received a call, so I followed up after giving them ample amount of time to call me back. Was told that they would call me back after 15 mins (bc they needed to do research and log in to the desktop) lo and behold...did not receive a call back again. Called back a couple of days later, got ahold of someone and SAAAAME THING. Different day. $100 down the drain and never going back, which is really unfortunate bc i did enjoy getting my nails done and planned to get my daughter's nails done this month. Cute little salon albeit in a weird shopping center (between a Mexican market and sex shop lol). Everyone there is friendly and the salon is very cute inside. I saw Brianna and she did a great job. Everyone seemed to do a good job. They also offer pedicures which is nice. A lot of nail artist type studios don't. There's a lot of color selections and the folks there can help you pick. I got a builder get manicure and both times it lasted almost 3 weeks. Price is fair for the amount of work they put into it. It can be a little quiet in there at times but I'm an introvert so I don't mind. Definitely one of if not the best in the area. read more

Liz has been doing my lashes for almost 3 years, and has been punctual, professional the entire time. I used to go to another lash tech in Yuba City and they constantly had to cancel and it made it very inconvenient to work around. Liz understands that sometimes you have events, and need to get your lashes refreshed she puts you first! Liz always gives a under eye mask to brighten and reduce puffiness, or wrinkles, washes your lashes, you feel extremely pampered during your visit. it truly is a Luxe experience. This salon was perfect. Sadly, I am a little unhappy that I was cut on two of my fingers :( Also, the shaping isn't consistent. I felt like some of my nail shapes were off or they didn't match. The nail techs were very kind and understanding. I have been to many nail salons and this is the FIRST salon that has made me comfortable enough to tell them what should be fixed and what shouldn't be fixed. However the two downfalls, this is such a peaceful and quiet place, I'm gonna have to give this a thumbs up. Overall, on a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a solid 8. Side note: be very patient! These nail techs take their time, you can be staying here for more than 2 hours, less than 3 hours. My daughter reserved two spots for us in May as a Mother's Day gift, planning for us to go in June. She had issues booking online, so she called, paid, and reserved over the phone. The day before our appointment, they called and told my daughter only one spot was available. Despite this, we still went. I ended up getting my toes done, while my daughter didn't. They promised her a refund, but two weeks later, no refund had been issued. When my daughter called to inquire, they said they would call her back but never did. She tried calling multiple times, but they refused to answer. She eventually went to the store in person, and they told her that because my pedicure cost extra, they would only refund a portion. This is unacceptable. What kind of stuff are they pulling? Making up excuses just to not get full refunds when clearly it was their mistake (short staff). What kind of business are you running? This is my first time visiting the studio overall experience I'm giving a to due to the service that was provided for a gel pedicure and things that were not provided to me as well. I made an appointment February 2, 2024 for 1230 for a pedicure and a full set when arriving at the salon, I was greeted and Offered something to drink. The salon is beautiful in the inside, but the vibe of the place is very awkward not too friendly just all business I did my pedicure first which I was told that gel was only five dollars but when it came time to pay I was made aware that it was $10. $5 to be removed and five to apply new gel polish. Paying over 50 something dollars and then a week later my gel polish coming off and chipping is not a great experience that I had overall at this salon and then when it came time to do my nails, I was made of aware when I booked the full set appointment that my nails had to be soaked off, so I was not able to do the full set of nails. I had to go to another salon because the person that was doing my nails said she did not have enough time. Which I had something to do that day, so I had to cut my service short after she finished my gel polish and had to go to another salon to get my nails done, and I was still made to pay the full price for the deluxe pedicure, which I did not receive the full service for. But now that it's a week later, my polish is coming off it's highly upsetting that I paid this much money for the service and I feel it was not worth it. read more

I found this salon a few months ago and I loved my nails so much always on point and exactly how I want them never any issues. I go to Noemi every time as I love how she does my nails. I scheduled an appointment with her and I'm not sure what happened but one girl started on my nails and another finished and wasn't Noemi. I think maybe a glitch in their system as when I called the receptionist mentioned Noemi wasn't scheduled until later but when I scheduled my appointment online it let me make an appointment with her at 9am.This time was the first time that it hurt to have my nails done and my nails beds are sore.The girls were sweet however I realized after that the acrylic overlay over my natural nails were uneven to the point that it's thick in one side and so think in the other that an hour later my natural nail chipped as the acrylic was basically completely filed off on that side. I love coming here and I've always been a happy customer with a great experience however I'm sad that I have to pay again to get them fixed and it's not cheap. I just wish they would've let me know and I would've rescheduled to have Noemi do my nails. read more

I don't mind paying you what is rightfully due and never did, money was never an issue. Respecting each other's time and being courteous is way more important to me (as many consumers). It wasn't just that you didn't have the help you desperately need it's your lack of communication/ professionalism. Not bashing at all; I stand by what I said. You could have at least apologized for all the interruptions. If you care so much about your business try being more pleasant. The review would have never happened if rapport was built or a simple apology was voiced. Reviews are here for a reason. I really hate to leave a bad review. But I feel this should be said. This salon is nice, cosmetically. It's beautiful on the inside. I found it online, booked my appt yesterday (9/20) for today at 3pm. Left work and went straight there-arrived about 15-20 minutes early. So 2:40 ish... I walked in and thought this has the be the nicest nail salon in the Yuba-Sutter area. Very nicely decorated, beautiful. Unfortunately, my experience was...nothing. I walked in, said I'm a bit early, I have an appt at 3, and was told to sit down and they'll be with me shortly; the only nail girl was still with someone. A nice girl came and asked if I wanted something to drink, I appreciated that. Someone else came in for their 3:30 appt, at 3:30, and was seated within 10 minutes?.. I asked at 3:35 (the only reason I have all these accurate times is because I was texting my boyfriend from when I walked in to when I left-first about how beautiful it was to how long I had been waiting) how much longer it would be-the girl said no more than 10 minutes. I said ok. Over 10 minutes passed, so I left. I said I'd reschedule, but after thinking about it, and how unprofessional the whole thing went, I decided to write this. I waited OVER an hour before I left-at 4:05. I was really disappointed, because I was really looking forward to my appt...that I had made a day PRIOR. So 1), as a business owner in the beauty industry-I would NOT recommend booking someone for the next day at their scheduled time, and then taking a walk-in knowing you have an appt coming in, or booking an appt before mine knowing that that appt you're working on may cut into my appt time. (I say "or" because idk if she took a walk-in or if that person had a scheduled appt. Either way, no excuse to leave somebody waiting literally an hour. I have things to do too.) While working on the current client, the nail girl did come over to me, quickly said sorry about the wait and proceeded to look at my nails & asked what I had on them. Then she said give me like 5 more minutes, ran back to her table, and shortly after that I left because at that point it had been over an hour, I just got off work, my excitement for this place was completely gone and I have a family at home waiting for me. I did not plan or expect to wait in a nail salon for an hour for absolutely no reason. SO 2) IF it were me, I would have sympathized a LOT more with the client (I would never be in that predicament in the 1st place because I block my time off accordingly)... and maybe offer a discount? Something? Not just a nonchalant "sorry bout that"..... I did read "the techs take their time so be prepared to wait", which is great, take your time to make sure the job is done correctly, however it did NOT say be prepared to wait an hour just to get in a chair when you have a SCHEDULED appointment. Honestly if this is how they conduct business on the daily, I'm not sure how long they'll last. If I want to find a nice salon similar to this, but will actually honor my appt I showed up early for, I will find one in Rocklin/Roseville. Would not recommend. read more

She was doing a pedicure on a guest, which is nice because she is there to make sure quality and cleanliness is being upheld daily. The place is immaculate! Pink and black decor. Very upbeat and classy! Good current pop music playing, great vibes. They offer you something to drink. (I brought my own water because I'm used to the other subpar nail salons not offering anything.) My nail tech was awesome! I paid $37 for a deluxe pedicure and I got 45 minutes worth of sheer bliss! The yummy aromatic choices for foot scrubs were great. The containers they put the scrub lotions in? Perfectly clean and sanitary! No gunk all over the tables, bowls clean, the water tubs they use are perfect and they use the plastic wrap on the tub which is a must for me. I'm not putting my feet in a tub that has other clients epithelial's left over! This Link Luxe salon is going to be HUGE! I've been waiting for so long for something like this! It's here!! They do lashes too and hair. But the core business will be nails because YC is lacking a great nail salon. Don't hesitate!! Go look for yourself! So I had made an appointment about a week before, I was excited since it had been awhile since I had my nails done. I walk in and everyone just stares, then like a minute later one of the nail lady's asked if I had an appointment. I waited awhile and then was finally sat down. The nail lady I had was very nice just seemed inexperienced. I've had my acrylics done many times so I know what the usual process is. My nails are very lumpy and the ombré is nowhere near an ombré. It took almost 3 hours. No hate towards the salon or nail techs but I think you guys need some more training. Nice salon but the tools they used don't look clean. read more

The ladies and the receptionist was so nice they even offered me a Mimosa I had the best time getting a pedicure I definitely recommend. While I was getting my nails done I was asking Liz about lash extensions and how they work - I also saw some of her client's lashes which I was impressed with.
