We are extremely happy with the new outdoor security system installed by TCI Security Cameras. The installers were amazing and we are pleased with the clarity of the video footage. We had seven security cameras installed on the perimeter of our home and they are small and discreet. They have a strobe light option that activates blue and red flashing lights when the camera detects someone within a designated area. They are very bright so we disable them during the day and activate them in the evening before bedtime. I've contacted the installer (Ivan) a few of times with questions and he has been extremely helpful. At my request, he also stopped by to make an adjustment to one camera after it was installed. TCI has a team of support technicians you can call if you have questions or require assistance. I contacted them on 2/24/25 and the technician (Mateo) promptly answered the phone and resolved the issue I was having over the phone. Been looking for a security system for my home and threw yelp I saw excellent reviews. I did shop around to get estimates with ADT, Vivint, SmartSafe, and other brands in the market that you would purchase and install yourself. Also, I went to YouTube for information on what would system's capabilities are from pros n cons. I chose not to get into contracts with a monitoring feature just because they are like the middleman..you already get notifications on your smartphone. A wired system installation was my choice plus other features it comes with...some wi-fi may have more but the downside is if the internet goes down cameras do too, and you would have to subscribe to a cloud with monthly fees and so forth. Gabriel was very informative and professional not pushy like other salesmen. I hired them to install a new wired system off the back and did not look any further for someone else. First I'd like to say that I wish they still did low voltage and programming entertainment systems far more important to me than cameras. If they're not going to service low voltage issues as an upgrades programming Etc they probably should pull down those pictures and if any advertisement for it. I truly believe they are a great company and should have a division devoted to low voltage installations and implementation. That being said it was time for me to upgrade my cameras after about 4 to 5 years of use I had Dome cameras and the sunlight had demolished the Dome lens. So as usual I gave TCI a call and spoke with Gabriel about my options and the installation is complete with multiple new cameras that not only see at night but in color with vehicle and foot traffic video AI recognition of vehicles and foot traffic. It took a little longer than I thought it would because there was an issue and Gabriel ironed it out it was an infrared issue and he resolved it. Mind you all this was done at a very fair price but not lacking in quality and great workmanship by the guys that came out and did the installation always paying attention to make sure you the customer are happy. You don't see that much more in companies these days I just wish they could expand to handle more work and also get back into low voltage to help make it a One-Stop shop for your local voltage needs. The company they recommended for my low voltage work to be done I had used before and it was a nightmare and the owner was a jerk to say the least so I hope they do not refer to that company anymore the problem is low voltage and entertainment set up companies are hard to find especially ones that are worth anything and don't cost you a fortune for the smallest of things. Gabriel, Mario, and the entire TCI team did some additional work for me to remount my sound bar and rerun all the needed wiring too. They also troubleshoot an outside speaker issue and found corroded wiring...they fixed everything by replacing the wiring. The remount issue for the sound bar was needed due to the sloppy work that Samsung did when they visited the house for a troubleshooting issue on the actual Samsung Frame TV. The problem was a defective One Connect Cable. Samsung replaced the cable, but in the process, knocked off the sound bar and refused to remount it, and left all wiring hanging and refused to run it through the wall cutouts. Therefore, TCI came to the rescue where Samsung failed and left a mess. All is back to normal and new. Great job to TCI and the entire team: Gabriel, Mario, and all! read more

Gabriel got back to me immediately asked a few key questions to help him get an idea of what service I needed so that he could give me a proper estimate for outdoor rewiring on outdoor surveillance camera surrounding my residential property that was down. The entire install took about 4-5 hours and Bobby walked us through how to use the DVR and installing the app on our phones. After checking Yelp reviews, we contacted Gabriel at TCI Security Cameras for a quote to add a camera and a Floodlight/Motion Sensor to a blind side of our house. We new the NVR would also have to be replaced because we already had it maxed out with 8 cameras. Gabriel was very detailed when asking questions on the phone about exactly what we needed.
