This is the typical type of service they give and to boot they are arrogant. Customers service is. It their strength. On top of that their prices are extremely high. One would expect better service for such high prices. The last straw was when they charged by credit card without my authorization. Apparently they kept an old copy of my number and pin and use that charge my account and explain to them that this was illegal and fraudulent and ended my service with him. Also told warranty does not cover defective material damage because they label all of it as "natural causes". Why have a warranty then. Had a tin pool that lasted over 20 years and it was your basic bottom of the line wall and liner. Should've stuck with that!
