Mark said okay. Then at 6am he now vaguely says "he has a personal issue to resolve" and won't be able to work all day. However, he never offered to come tomorrow or Sunday instead. I also arranged my day off for all the work I planned for him to do. My lights have been sitting in boxes since early summer when he didn't come last time and I'm elderly and have had to take my dog out in the dark every night since waiting for a light.
