My E/V speaker control button was damaged and pushed all the way in and because of this speaker did…read morenot work. I emailed Anthony who emailed right back. "Hi, You'll have to drop it off so we can inspect it further. We charge $20 upfront for the inspection and will need it for a few days. Thanks." I brought my speaker to his shop and paid $20 to inspect. Still not knowing if he could fix or not. Inspection took two weeks and two days, Then I get a call from Anthony and he said he could fix the problem also my other control knob was also on the verge of breaking and he would fix that too. The estimate is between $180 and $200. I gave him the go ahead and my speaker was repaired within two days. I asked him if I could pick up the speaker within four days Saturday because I lived way on the south side and he said that was fine. When I picked up the speaker we tested it there to make sure it was working properly. Not only was it working properly and both control knobs were fixed but he added the knobs that were missing that caused the problem in the first place. My total charge including inspection $200. I 100% recommend Athonys Electronics, Friendly service, reasonable price, honest. I did not mind the inspection wait time it just shows that he does not rush jobs and wants to do it right. the picture on the right shows what the speaker knob looked like before I took it in. Apple quoted over $350 and required me to go to a local store, schedule an appointment, and wait for the repair. I could not interface with anyone at Apple, but had to click through multiple links. Meanwhile, I called New Era, and they messaged me back immediately, saying they would look into my request. They offered me a time that worked for MY schedule (within their working hours) and quoted $100 less than Apple. In addition, they offer pickup and drop-off! The owner messaged me himself and came to pick up my phone so I could keep my work-from-home meeting. Within an hour, I was at the store picking up my phone. Case repaired and no hidden fees, just the agreed-upon price! I would definitely use New Era again, but hopefully not too soon....

As it was a Friday night, I reached out to a few places on Yelp and New Era was the only place that responded right away. The repair looked amazing with the screen working as intended. Unfortunately the damage was not just with the screen, but far more extensive than initally thought. Not sure what happened during that fall, but the phone would not stay connected to network, even though my second phone as well as The Doctor/Queen's were fine. I ended up needing another phone, which was needed as I wanted something smaller for going into my smaller Louis Vuittons. But the work that Juan did was amazing and fast, and the price was just right. I am going to take in my HP for a rehaul, just haven't had the time to do so yet.
