I ordered a pizza, after it being over an hour and a half late, and a phone call to see where it was, and being told it was on its way we waited another 30 minutes and then canceled the order. we live 2 miles away! We sat at the bar and ordered a deep dish pizza.( There were not many people in the restaurant so not busy at all. ) We know this takes longer but after 25 min still no pizza. The waitress came and advised the order had not been started yet and offered us a free beer. OK but another 25 min and we see them bring our pizza out to another table in a to go box. The restaurant was not very busy.There was only one other couple there while we were there. We waited an hour for one pizza. I'm not sure but I think the pizza was made incorrectly. All of the cheese was on top and all of the meat and vegetables were on the bottom.So every time you took a piece or bite of your pizza, the whole entire top came off. We just ordered again from Gallagher's Pizza a couple nights ago while gaming. Nothing adds to gaming night like a hot, well made, delicious pie. The fact that we can order a pie with half her ingredients and half my ingredients is key. That is REALLY nice and highly appreciated. Thanks for that option. I love "The Monster" with the green olives included on it. Something about the salty olives, not too many either, really balances the flavor out. Visited one of the places they have. It was over an hour to get the pizza. We were still charged for the appetizers and drinks. It is obvious the management needs to learn that customer service and eating the bill makes the customer want to return. I seriously doubt we ever go there again. The part that really got me was the manager blamed the server. He was busting his butt and she did nothing to help ease the load but schmooze with customers at the bar! Went here on 9/17/21 at 5pm with a friend. We decided on checking out the buffet. When we arrived we found they did have outside seating. The inside is big, a lot of room and clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. There is a small bar area. They also have some tv's on the walls. Since it was Friday I did see the buffet did have fish. Welcome to Wisconsin on a Friday night! They also had some shrimp. The shrimp was great. They have a nice selection at the salad bar. I recommend the stuffed mushrooms. They were out of this world! I had a few slices of the pizza and it was good. Next time I plan to dine in I want to just order up a pizza. The buffet was very good. Friday nights it runs from 5-8pm. Never again! Told to pick up our pizzas on a Sunday at 533PM. Pizza wasn't given to me until 558PM, and the place was NOT BUSY! Got home, and the pizzas had about 1 1/2" of crust on each side of a 10" pizza, leaving only 7" of cheese & very little meat. Had to be one of the worst pizzas we ever ordered anywhere. I recommend going to the De Pere location instead. There was no system or hostperson for seating people at this location, and those who arrived after us got seated first. Organization was not a priority. Food was slow to come out as well. Ordered an "Artichoke Lovers" pizza on line and was given instructions the pizza would be ready at 6 o'clock. Got there at 6 and was told it would be 8 minutes late. No big deal. Finally received said pizza at 6:30. Told them they should at least try to get order ready on time or do not instruct customer to pick up when you knew it would be late. I hear a lot of people talk about how greasy the pizza is here. Well to be honest it is. But what people don't remember is that they are eating pizza not salad. This pizza is good but not good for you. The crust is amazing. I am a sausage guy and the sausage here is just what I am looking for on my pizza. It is on the expensive side for a pie but a medium pizza can feed 3 people. Came here today specifically to try out the lunch buffet. It was alright by my highish standards for over all experience. The buffet included pizzas, pasta, breadsticks, salad, wings, soups, beverage,and cookies. In my humble opinion the bread sticks were the highlight. It was pretty well tended to, clean, and the staff was attentive enough. I have a thing about food service workers and bare all fitness leggings. When I'm eating it's extremely unappetizing to constantly have a "leave nothing to the imagination" hinny at face level cruising by. But I'll be back to try the fish fry. read more

Last night I went to the under appreciated Italian place, Gallagers. Everyone thinks pizza when you say Gallagers, but it's more than that. I did my Italian Trio (Spag+meatballs, Chicken Parm, and Lasagna) to sample different Italian joints and it was a hit. The entree was enough for 2 people, with plenty of cheese and 2 big hoggie size garlic breads for like $10 per entree. 2-3 beers and 3 entree's cost me $41. I wouldn't say it's as good as Grandma's, or other super classy places, but for the price and what you get, WELL Worth It!!! I loved the flavor and the size of portions. those 3 entries turned into 7 meals when I got home and added in some veggies to TV dinners. The place was clean, workers very friendly and helpful, fun and in good spirits. not heavily traffic, so you get a seat right away. #Favorite Next time you're thinking Italian, think Gallagers!!! read more

Absolutely amazing pizza. I was on my was to Island Sushi, but it was closed, and I drove by this place. I've eaten pizza everywhere from Alaska to the Middle East to Australia--this place is now in my top five places in the world. Ordered pizza online, we waited two full hours at the restaurant to pick up our food still had to pay our full tab. They offered refunds to everyone waiting but we opted to not get the refund as they were so unorganized that we weren't sure it would actually be refunded. Staff behind the bar was clearly overwhelmed- "had no idea" when mine or any of the 15 other people waiting for pickups food was going to be ready, did not want to get updates from the kitchen staff "because they're all really upset back there" and every customer was told their pizza was at the front of the line which was not true. All while we were watching them take more online and phone orders! I feel bad for the poor girls working behind the bar because it was clearly not their fault the pizzas weren't coming out, but the entire situation was mishandled and unorganized. read more

I have historically been a big fan of Gallaher's and have even posted positive reviews but tonight I had the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I ordered to go at ~6:15. Was told that it would be 45-60min. I showed up at the restaurant at ~7. We were told our pizza was done, we were just waiting on the sandwich which should be about 5 min. We were told the same thing twenty minutes later. At that time I asked about our pizzas being cold or definitely not fresh because we were told they were finished at 7 . They told us they were in the warmer so it should be ok. We finally got our food at 7:30 which was 75 min after we ordered and I immediately noticed the salad was missing. The person waiting on us was rude and said she thought it was cancelled because it was crossed out. We did not cancel our salad. I can only assume it was crossed off because it was not a hot food item so it was not with our pizzas and wrap. She did go back and get our salad. On the way I reminded her it had to have no croutons. She confirmed it would have no croutons but when we got it, it had croutons (they were on the side but I specifically asked for no croutons for a gluten sensitivity). Then I also noticed my fries were missing with my wrap. She told me they were in there so I basically had to rip open the packaging to show her they were not wrapped in the foil with my wrap. Next she said the receipt said no fries which it did not. At this point I walked out so my kids could eat the food we did get. This was not worth the $65 we paid. I will not be going back to this site anytime soon and would recommend being aware of the poor service. The girls were more concerned with calling every other Gallagher's to get onions than they were with taking care of waiting customers. read more

Waited over 39 minutes for a burger and received our appetizer in 5 mins after ordering. Time was a little off in my opinion. The staff was a little all over the place. It felt like a bunch of teenagers not caring what happens. I ordered a southwest chicken sandwich and my wife ordered a hamburger they were both done very well and tasted good. My wife loved the pickles more than anything haha. It was a great time with my wife, even though we would have liked our food a little quicker. Don't go for the Friday night buffet. Slowest service ever from our server- and the buffet is severely neglected. Fresh pizzas were not brought out for nearly 2 hours. Left empty pizza trays and one tray with 2 little dried up pieces of pizza on it. They should be embarrassed by the buffet and I'm pretty sure leaving those sad and old pieces of pizza that nobody was going to eat for hours are a health department violation. When a fresh pizza is brought out, it's gone in seconds since everyone is so hungry and wants to try to get their money's worth, the fresh pizzas are always weird combinations too. Just stick to pepperoni and sausage. I think they should just get rid of the buffet since they can't seem to handle it. They really need to put one employee in charge of the buffet when it's busy. Also, no game room here either. So if your kids are fussy and getting hungry because they want pizza and the buffet is empty , there's not the area to keep them occupied like the west side location.No idea why our staff member was so inattentive either. Had Gallagher's after the Packers game while staying at a hotel close by. The pizza was one of the better ones I have had in quite a while. The hand tossed crust was spot on and the deep dish we ordered had to have weighed at least 5 pounds. A true loaded deep dish that is hard to find where I live (Beau Jo's Mountain Pies here in Colorado are the closest comparison I could make). This was actually a really funny experience. It was a Sunday at 2:00 PM, not the most busy of times in the restaurant world, but nonetheless Gallaghers was open so one might expect some service. We walked in the door and stood by the reception desk to be seated. There was an employee on the phone in the back area who stared at us and continued to talk on the phone. She didn't say a word to us. No "I'll be right with you", no hand wave, no nothing. We stood there for probably 3 minutes or so. We then walked out the door and ate somewhere else, having never been acknowledged by the woman talking on the phone. I think there were only 1 or 2 other couples eating the restaurant.
