However, instead of simply telling me that they don't have the bandwidth or that they wouldn't be able to help, I was told (in detail) about all of the AMAZING auctions they have coming up and how what I wanted to sell probably wasn't worth their time because it wouldn't measure up. No empathy, no recommendation for other options... just a condescending attitude and wasting my time to brag about their current clients. So if you'd like to work with them, come prepared with some names to drop and five figure price tags, or be prepared to be insulted and disappointed.

I'd been renting it since Feb. 2020 on what was originally a six-month lease that renewed every 30 days after that. I was never late on rent and got along well with my neighbors. Anyway, rather than promptly fix the problem, they refused to fix it until after my lease expired, leaving me homeless. I guarantee if this problem had been in THEIR home it would already be fixed. And the reason they did this, according to Kip, is so they can rent my home on Air BnB. Don't support these greedy, self centered, just plain awful people. They see people and the inalienable right to secure housing as nothing but capital, loose change in their pockets.

I was unable to make a pickup due to a work emergency. I called, explained the situation. She said she would get back to me. Though she did 'make sure' she took my payment information. Weeks pasted as did several unanswered telephone messages, 3 in which she picked up and then proceeded to hang up. Finally , after sending an email yesterday to company looking for a resolution who answers ~ Adriana. I'm informed it has been sent out by mail on November 24th at my expense. I could have easily picked it up at a time of their convenience. Whatever the reason, it never happened. In her email response, she insinuated falsehoods. She's obviously unprofessional and certainly not customer oriented! Who doesn't return calls and hangs up on you?! In times like theses, who needs the uncertainty & aggravation?! Avoid them altogether, they're unprofessional & obviously unreliable.
