I was unable to make a pickup due to a work emergency. I called, explained the situation. She said she would get back to me. Though she did 'make sure' she took my payment information. Weeks pasted as did several unanswered telephone messages, 3 in which she picked up and then proceeded to hang up. Finally , after sending an email yesterday to company looking for a resolution who answers ~ Adriana. I'm informed it has been sent out by mail on November 24th at my expense. I could have easily picked it up at a time of their convenience. Whatever the reason, it never happened. In her email response, she insinuated falsehoods. She's obviously unprofessional and certainly not customer oriented! Who doesn't return calls and hangs up on you?! In times like theses, who needs the uncertainty & aggravation?! Avoid them altogether, they're unprofessional & obviously unreliable.

Bought a new JD StrongBox compact tractor battery in 2024. So, it's basically a "new" 7 year old battery that I bought. They sent me to the Vars store as they didn't have them in inventory and when they gave it to me, it was really dusty. But, being the naive and trusting customer that I was, I never thought to check the battery date first before. I discovered from researching that wet cell batteries that are allowed to discharge have short lifespans due to sulphate buildup on the plates - the one I bought being so dusty makes me think that it likely was never maintained. I now need a new battery and I sure as heck ain't buying from them as they are untrustworthy from my perspective. On a side note, the JD literature says I needed a group 51R battery, but I ended up with them providing me with a much cheaper group 22NF that they gave me. Yep, it was cheaper - but price was not an objection though - and it was the only one in stock in the Ottawa area that would fit, as I wanted an original JD replacement. Very frustrating and discouraging.

He is the guru on Inuit art. Nice guy, very down to earth and of course very knowledgeable. I always leave a back-up-bid just in case they can't reach me my phone. All three pieces I ended up winning for much less than my back-up-bid. So I trust Walker's.

I contacted Maxsold explaining the situation and said I was currently bidding on more items from this person in another auction and wanted to cancel my bids as they were dishonest. Maxsold ignored my email about wasting my time and gas and only said I would not be able to cancel my bids and I was under obligation to pay for the new items if I won them. What about the sellers being obligated to fulfill the items that people have won.. regardless of the amount someone has won an item from them for? I will not be placing any more orders through Maxsold. I will stick with Sell My Stuff and Ebay, thank you very much. Very poor business practice.

Just a statement to say how satisfied we are. My son is travelling from country to country. He…read morewanted to propose and asked me to help him find the right ring. The problem is he knows exactly what she will like. After visiting some places in Canada, online and in Barcelona and France where he was, he decided he will give her a custom ring. It was an other level, I went to all stores, sometimes it was the price sometimes it was something else. I went to the internet and found the name of David Congers. I called him, a very calm, confident voice. I felt that he really wanted to help me and knew what he was talking about. The problem is that during the pandemic, he closed his store and was working from home. The first time I went to his house, he was scared of me and I was scared of him. Showing diamond in a garage was not to reassure me. My phone died and I asked him if I could charge it inside his house, I could feel that he was not confortable to let me in. To make a story short, I showed him a model. He showed me a diamond that my son was thrilled about. We discussed prices and settled. When the time comes to deliver we went to a mall. Again, we were both scared of each other. I had to make sure that the number on the diamond was right and he did not want to give me the diamond until he received the money on his account. Besides that lack of confidence on both sides, it was a great experience. The ring was wonderful, both my son and my future daughter in law are so happy about it. The size, everything was exactly they way the wanted. I really recommend David Congers for his patient. He is working from home but he is honest and direct. Thanks again David.
