I originally went in to get professional envelopes printed. I told the owner I had a couple thousand envelopes - and multiple business names for the same address. He suggested that I could order some stamps which might fit my needs a bit better and save me some money. I placed my order, and the stamps came in a few days later. He called me promptly and the Stamps are working wonderfully. I see these other reviews, and feel like many people may think they are dealing with Staples. I do not think that the goal of this business is to be a walk in quick shop for all your printing needs. It is for businesses and large orders, not general copying one-off print jobs. I found the owner to be very accommodating and friendly, but possibly because I wasn't asking him to hang the moon over a 20 page copy job for a $2.00 fee. read more

I just had a interesting conversation with what appears to be the owner of this company. He called my company with a question I was not able to answer. I asked for his information to pass along to the person who would be able to answer the question. He then got short and angry with me demanding I find someone who would be able to answer his question immediately. After I once again told him that there isn't anyone in my location who would be able to answer his question he then said "f*ck you" and hung up the phone. I was able to google the incoming phone number and stumbled upon many other unhappy folks. I have never worked with this company but after that phone call you can bet I never will! I went here to get some copies made. I told the guy(which was the owner) I needed some copies done and how much he charged? The first thing he said was he didn't do copies(what printing company does not make copies? Obviously he lied to me) and If i was Mexican and if I was born here and where I was from?? He didn't want to help me obviously..and when I didn't want to answer his questions I turned around to walk out the door & Then he acted like he wanted to help me. Well I just walked out the door. I have been there before like several years ago and he did the same thing. I'm thinking this guy is really crazy. Will never ever go in there ever again and I recommend others to not go in there either!!!!!! read more

The owner of this establishment is the rudest individual I have ever come across in my entire life being a consumer. For someone to speak to customers the way he does, it's ridiculous. I needed a job to be printed by Monday and it was Friday evening. I called up there to see if my boss could see a proof. My boss went up there and was told it wouldn't be finished until Tuesday. We told them Monday and were told Monday. He asked me to call the customer service lady I worked with. So I did, but she had left for the day. I said thank you and hung up. But it was the owner who answered the phone. He called my company back screaming at the girl who answered the phone, then me. I tried to talk about a way to get the job done and calm him down, find a reasonable solution to this situation but he only turned it up. He hung up on me only after he had spent all his rage. I was shocked he would hang-up on a customer let alone curse them out. I've never hung-up on a customer and I've worked at Kinkos. I don't know what flipped his lid but he sure did let me and the customer service girl have it. SO BE WARNED!!! This guy must have a serious chemical imbalance, he is absolutely certifiably crazy.
