I'm the editor of an alumni association's bi-annual newsletter, which has just been published by the new company Minuteman Press. It is sub-standard, to say the least. The final proof forwarded by Crystal was approved for printing and mailing; however, when the new owner took over, that's when things took a turn for the worse. And I do mean worse. The quality of the paper is terrible, and photos in the issue are too dark. When I spoke with the new owner, he was not very professional nor truthful about Crystal's work performance and handling of our account. I've already contacted another printing company and will no longer be a customer of Minuteman Press.

UPS corporate wasn't being the most helpful over the phone but, when I brought the package to this store, Jim and Irving were able to quickly figure out the situation and made me feel taken care of with sending it back to Canada.
