I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.

The water with the dirt/grime did seep in due to the high water pressure and almost caused real damage where the water leaked near electric outlets and leaked in from our sunroof onto our computer. We wished they could've warned us to cover essentials or made us aware of this potential issue beforehand, but we weren't and thankfully damage was minimal but could've been worse. Note, I didn't rely on Elite to choose colors, I spent hours doing that on my own. You have a project manager, texts to remind you of appointments and follow-ups to check with your satisfaction while they are painting. And the jobs are simply excellent.
