No longer worth the money for the subscription. They only pre-wash half your car if they even do that. Then they cram in the cars so close that the front and back don't get clean. They promise an interior wipe with each wash, and now you don't get one. The young staff that are there couldn't care less that the pollen doesn't get washed off and say I should scrub it first. Be super careful. I pulled up to the pay kiosk and a worker came up to me and asked if I wanted to get the monthly deal today. As many washes as I wanted this month for $18. I said sure, thinking or would just be this month. Then she took my card and ran it. Three months later and zero car washes since, I see today that they are billing me $34 a month. I did not agree to that and I never filled out paperwork to start that contract. Very disappointed in their methods. Just be careful. read more

Hurry and get to Gallo car wash right now!! Since they just opened they are running a promotion where you get an unlimited monthly car wash for the price of a single! I went with Mia's which ended up only being 17 bucks with cash (for the entire month!). Oh and don't worry, luckily there is no contract so you only need to call and ask to cancel should you no longer require unlimited monthly washes. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I mean like Chick-fil-A nice. They spent time with each customer explaining how the cat wash works and helping us all navigate the space and the payment options. The facilities are new and crisp! My only teenie wish was that the tire shine was a bit shinier. My tires didn't look shined at all. But no worries, with my unlimited pass I can go back 1x/day! Terrible experience, paint was chipped off my car. Had to vacuum and wipe all the spots their machine missed. Complete rip off, I paid for the most expensive wash and still did most the work myself. And now I need touch up paint and a full detail to fix the scratches. read more

I have used two locations one on 13 and one on Williston. The staff is friendly and professiona. I especially like how they spray the car before entering the car wash. This is the only car was that has the car timed to have the dryers actually have time to dry the car. The self service area to clean the car is always clean. By far the best car wash in Gainesville. It's brand new and all of their equipment is new. Free vacuums and clean microfiber to wipe down your vehicle. I signed up a week ago and they were still running the special. First month is the same price as a single car wash. Love the modern setup. Pay for the monthly unlimited and when you pull up it sees your license plate and let's you in. They have two people who pre-spray your car. The carwash itself is very modern and does a great job. Their interior self-cleaning stations are better than anything I have used before. It would be nice if they some sort of sun shade over the cleaning stations. Something fabric and mesh. The cost is a bit expensive or I would give Gallo 5 stars. So the place is brand new with brand new equipment. I paid for and will continue to pay for the monthly Signature Graphene Plan. Vacuums were powerful, I love the air hose to blow water out the mirror well. Very nice touch with the Microfiber Rags.
