I used the automated drive through wash. I usually spray my own vehicle myself, but they bays were all full and I don't like to wait. For $10 you can get a quickie wash. My truck wasn't really dirty, just covered in oak pollen. It looks ok, but the dryers don't completely dry the vehicle. I drove over to the vacuum station. It's $1 for 4 minutes. I thought the suction was fine. Total $11 for an In And Out wash and self vacuum. I think that's a little high TBH. read more

I had not driven my car in a while, and it was in desperate need of a car wash and vacuum! I had driven past this place before, and saw that there were vacuums, so I decided to give the place a try. I went with the Super Wash package, which was their highest tier for the Soft Touch Wash Packages priced at $14. It was described as including the "Undercarriage Wash, Wheel Blaster, Bug Off, Foaming Detergent, Tri-Gloss, Friction Wash, Clear Coat Protectant, Lava Wax, Rinse, Spot Free, and Dryer." The cleaning was alright, but could have been a lot better for the value, as there were still cobwebs stuck on my mirrors, as well as some dirt and leaves on the windows. When I went to go vacuum out my car, I realized that they did not take card, and only accepted coins, so that was very disappointing. The equipment also looked very old and as if they would not work too well. Overall, the experience was okay, below average at best and I will continue to go to my usual car washing place in town. read more

I enjoy the self service car wash experience and this one gets the job done like any other. Being a night owl and having an unorthodox work schedule, I appreciate that it's open 24/7. As another review mentioned, fun soap colors is a must. Be careful when maneuvering the tubing for the blower and whatnot as it may smack your car if you're inattentive. I recommend also bringing a towel or microfiber cloth with you to better clean and dry your car. Only complaints I really had were that the card machine didn't work properly my first time and charged me $30 and the vacuum wasn't as powerful as I had hoped... I've been to this location 3 times now. The (drive thru) car wash is not good to me. I went through and my car was still extremely dirty and it didn't do the things that were advertised. It was my first time visiting. The (do it yourself) car wash is great! If you have the extra time to get down and take care of your car it really does the trick. It takes debit/credit & cash and you get to use the variety of things that are offered. Bug remover, cool colored soap (I feel this is a part of the car wash experience LOL), high pressure water, poly shine, & air dryer. After you complete your car wash you can move forward into the vacuum area which is also conveniently placed and finish up whatever detail cleaning or drying that you need to do! Overall happy with this place and will be returning to clean my car. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because people who are in a rush and can't get down to detail clean would want to use the drive thru and it's not worth the money! read more

I used to go to this car wash quite a bit back in the day but haven't been over here in a while but with the customer service experience I just had I will come back. I came here a couple of weeks ago late at night because I was in the Bulter area and wanted to run through the car wash. I paid for the most expensive car wash and then the normal prompts didn't start(where the signs tell you to start going in) So I think the machine was broken. I went around once to try to reset the sensor but nothing happened. So I went into the other one that was open. I paid again for the wash and then that one worked I'm glad I actually got to try that one because it was "touchless". I had left a message with the car wash saying that it did not work. The guy called me first thing the next day and said he would refund me for the car wash. He ended up refunding both of the car washes! How sweet! What a pleasant surprise. I will return because he took care of me as a customer! Thank you!! read more

The drive thru car wash damaged my 2014 BMW. They take no responsibility! My car did not line up properly and when I went to back up the car wash had already started. When I left car wash paint was washed off and my bumper was scratched. They said it's a new machine, I say it's got problems, but they keep blowing me off. I'll see them in court. I've been to this car wash a few times. I've been through the drive thru car wash and it was okay. Something I like about this place is that's open for 24 hours and it gives a free vacuum token for the purchase of a car wash. I went at around 3 am one night since it was the only place open, but while it did wash my car, it was still wet afterwards because the dryers aren't really that strong. In separate occasions I vacuumed my car for the price of $2 in quarters. The vacuum's suction power is so weak. It's more like blowing air rather than picking up dirt. I had to go over the parts I wanted vacuumed multiple times before I gave up. I usually go to the other car wash place in my area, but to use the vacuum I have to go through the car wash. Since it's been raining recently, I didn't need a wash so I came here to use the vacuum. I wish I had just went to the other car wash place and pay the $6 for a wash and vacuum since it would've done a better job that is worth the price. read more

I've been a member at this car wash and pay a monthly subscription. The car wash is very good most of the time when it's working but sometimes it won't turn on and it could be a failure of the app called touch 4 wash. I called the phone number associated with this car wash and a few minutes later a man called me and apologized for the issue that I'm having and told me to send him a text and he would send me some coupons. I have to check the app Maker for the issue I'm having. Sometimes I have to drive on unpaved roads so I go here frequently. I also like the fact that it's open 24/7. read more

Card readers don't even work so false advertising. And there's no warning of when your time is running out so if it ends you have to pay the whole $3 again even if you just needed a little more time. The brush doesn't get a single thing off your car and the nozzles aren't attached all the way so you're soaking wet by the time you're done. I wish i could leave 0 stars. read more

Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been to! Terrible soap and scrubbers that left stains on my car. $1/minute to use water in the self service area? ridiculous. Then went to vacuum out my car, first one just ate my dollars without refund, second vacuum couldn't even function to suck up a loose leaf on my floor or simple piles of sand. No suction! This used to be the best car wash in Gainesville, not so much anymore. I spent the first two minutes of my time trying to get the tire and wheel cleaner to work, no luck. After giving up things went ok until I got to the foaming brush. I posted a picture of this almost useless piece of equipment. There is a floppy joint between the handle and the brush head making it so that you have to actually hold the brush head to get anything clean. I can see no reason why this was added to the brush and I have not seen it anywhere else. I will have to spend some time at home to finish getting my car clean after spending $20 at the car wash, sorry Scrubs, that is unacceptable. read more

It was a great place to wash your own car and make sure it was done right, now if you go here the equipment is trashed and inoperable, it's constantly dirty as you could possibly get it without straight up abandonment. Tried to use the dog wash at Scrubs last Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) and it wasn't working. There was no sign or anything about it being out of order so I didn't know it wasn't working until after I put $10 into it. Tried to email but the email address on their website is no longer a good one. I then called and left a message about the issue, hadn't heard anything by Wednesday so I called again. Have been there a couple times using the self serve wash, the last time I decided to use the automatic wash and shut off halfway through while it was behind my car. The wash jets then came forward scratching my car and the owners argue that it is not possible, but did send out a certificate for a free car wash with an apology letter they already have typed up for all of the people that the car wash shuts off on (because the manager stated they have had several issues with this.) After trying to schedule a time to watch the videos with them numerous times to see the jets hit my car, they eventually stopped returning my calls. read more
