Over the weekend I made edits to my signs since I believed they wouldn't start the job until they had payment. I called 9 AM Monday and then was told that the job was already printed. I was charged for a sign I did not want. No offer to remedy their mistake. It left a poor taste in my mouth. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for what was originally quoted and charged my card without confirmation that the quote had changed. No response when trying to reach a resolution.
