I spoke to Maria Pena who said she normally doesn't do refunds but as I cancelled immediately, that she would refund 100% of our company's payment of $761.15. This conversation was in April. Today is 7/9/19 and the check just arrived today. Apparently the refund check "got lost three times" because the envelope didn't have my company name on it. The check is for $600 and not the full amount I paid. I spoke to Erica who said Maria changed her mind about the refund (with NO notification to me) and decided to take out cancellation fees of $161.15. I then spoke to Maria who was very defensive and kept talking over me. Absolutely awful customer service. I will never recommend this company to any of my fellow event planners. We host so many events and JRS will not get any of our business due to their extremely unprofessional attitude and company practices and ethics. I suggest going with a major, well known party supplier.

The Husband, which handles the animals during the session usually it's also very social and great with kids! So if you've never worked with animals before he's super helpful when it comes to placement. My clients absolutely adored, going to their farm and seeing the animals they had. I definitely won't be going anywhere else! I can also say I had my children's photos done by another photographer as well, and I also had a great experience during that session too. We stay at our bay house 2-3 times a month throughout the year and finally got into the golf cart…read morerenting. It's a fun little activity and adds a lot of enjoyment to our stay. This was our first time renting with GGCR and I know it won't be our last. After shopping around for a cart this past week to use on our weekend, we stumbled on this provider. The golf cart was delivered promptly and waiting for us when we arrived. The cart was exceptionally clean and seemed to be a newer model with nice tires. The tires made a huge difference. The cart felt more solid and all around stuck to the road better than other carts. I have rented enough golf carts to know the feeling of one that is unsteady. Not a fun feeling. We opted for the 6 passenger since we never know what friends or family may show. We have paid as much as $270.00 for other 6 passenger carts (late Friday through Sunday noon rental), but this one was $217.00. It may have been "non peak" times for the rental business this past weekend causing the price to go down. I don't want to mislead anyone with incorrect information. It's worth a call for sure. These carts also have drink holders for the back seats that are attached to the back of the front seat. That may seem like a small detail, but when you're holding your pup, your phone and a drink, you are bound to drop one of them. I would never let my pup be the one to take the fall, so a phone drop is very expensive and a drink drop is inconvenient. I love the cup holders! Another good amenity was the charging port for my bluetooth speaker. When we ride the neighborhood, we can be gone for 2-3 hours, depending on the weather. It's nice to having a charging port for your phone and/or your preferred music box. Gotta have tunes when riding around. It just sets the mood all the better! The service was great and the communication was excellent. We washed our cart before the scheduled pickup time, went to brunch and when we returned, the cart had been retrieved. It's as easy as that! We will rent again from GGCR.
