I walked into Speedy's and was immediately greeted with a smile and "how can I help you?" They binded my book quickly and said if anything should happen that I could bring it back and they would fix it! The customer service was amazing throughout my experience. No one at the convention center or another nearby sign shop I've been despite multiple attempts over an hour long to fix it. A few minutes before 5 o'clock, I found FASTSIGNS. While they were closing imminently, "Grace" said she couldn't make any promises the sign could be fixed, but that I was welcome to drop it by for inspection first thing the following morning. A few minutes after 8 o'clock this morning, Grace called-the sign was fixed! Edon and Grace greeted me warmly - and because it was a "simple" fix (for one aquatinted with signs), they refused even nominal payment for their efforts!
