Recently I had a bad experience. The delivery driver and helper informed me that one of my packages…read morehad been damaged and couldn't be delivered. When I asked if I needed to do anything or if I needed to contact the sender. I was told NO and that it would be taken care of. That a replacement would be sent to me and that I'd receive it within two to three days. After a week I contacted the company I had ordered from and they had no knowledge. I called fedex and was told I had to file a report and contact the original shipper. I was waiting on my package to no avail. I was lied to by the driver and helper. It cost me a lot of downtime in my business and I had to reorder the original purchase. So frustrating. FedEx never tried to make it right and I'm sure the driver and helper had a good laugh at my expense.
