This is a one-man operation run out of a tiny, window-less office in a sketchy location. When you call, Jason the owner will mainly focus on getting you over to his office, without explaining the fee, or most importantly, his scope of services, which is quite limited. This is the first time I ever bought a car of my own, used and salvage titled. I never registered a car with the dmv before but knew from previous experiences getting my license and whatnot that it's never a good experience. Jason explained everything I needed to know quickly and concisely and we set up an appointment to meet him the next day at the dmv in Mountain View which only caters to businesses licensed to work with them. I went in the morning and Jason handled everything while I waited in the car for a short while, he came back out with my new license plates and registration forms ten minutes later than what he predicted and was kind enough to discount his small fee for that.
