While the return process itself was easy, I'm disappointed that I was left paying the shipping costs both ways for an item I specifically called to verify before purchasing. Had I been given accurate information about the sizing, I would not have placed the order in the first place. I appreciate that the return was handled easily, but I don't feel I should have been responsible for the shipping costs when I relied on the store's assurance about the fit.

My boyfriend, Michael, spoke with Vince twice in the past three weeks. Michael explained what was…read morewrong with our kubota and stated that he felt it needed new belts. We had a similar problem before and when the belts were replaced it was fixed. When Vince called back, he stated the deck needed replaced along with other parts. However, the belts were not replaced. $1,311.31 and three weeks later, Michael picked up our kubota and immediately took it home to begin using it. After about 3 rounds, it was clear the kubota was not fixed. We will now have to take it to Oakway and see if they have sense enough to fix it. I am very disappointed. You would think when you're working on a lawn mower, you would ride it around to see exactly what the problem is, not just look at the parts and guess. This seems to be how they operate.
