I tried to ignore the first time, but multiple times now I've purchased "new" packs and have found them resealed. It's always the older sets that have issues. Today I tried asking about the obvious reseal mark on a pack I just purchased of uninfinity. Last time it was crimson vow. Go see for yourself. Compare a new tarkir to any older set. Upon asking, they showed me another pack pointing to the back telling me "it's how it's manufactured". I simply pointed to the other side with the obvious heat seal that they avoided. At that point I knew it was no mistake or error and they were aware the packs had been tampered with. Very disappointed to see them openly feel that this is acceptable. I will not be returning.

Staff has always been super friendly to me. There's also a great board game library, wargame terrain, and tables that are all free to use. Prices are very reasonable and often times cheaper than Amazon or Ebay. If you're lucky enough to catch one of their comedy shows you're in for a real treat! Be prepared for nerd jokes mixed with some audience participation and a little bit of crass humor.

Does not respect the communities that makes their business possible in the first place. Numerous other poor business practices. Most recently, they told me they were interested in buying some of my cards. They spent over a hour pricing them while I waited around. Then took them into the back room and suddenly decided they no longer wanted to buy them for either cash or store credit after I waited for over an hour for them to price them.

It's huge, well lit, has friendly staff, well stocked, and balances a mix of board gaming, tabletop gaming, and collectible card gaming without one overpowering the others. They do not tolerate poor sportsmanship or trolls and cater to the hard core nerd to a family with little ones.
