I've actually had to wait before I bought my goods while the employee had a casual conversation with his friend about a card game, he then gave me a really dirty look when I spoke up. The worst was that I actually witnessed the worker kick a customer out because he didn't like the same game as him. The store is good, I would give it 4 or 5 stars but the terrible workers ruin the experience.

What's even crazier, is that during said events, you're never pressured to buy anything. How do they make a profit? I'm not sure either. But it seems like their business model is more along the lines of providing a space that makes people feel happy and welcome and then worrying about that finance stuff later. Seriously though, the place is super welcoming and patient with nerds of all types. Whether you're dipping your toes into nerd culture or want to dive in face first, they've had an answer and anecdote for nearly every geeky genre that has ever pique a nerd's interest. Highly recommend the D&D games though. They're super fun and very patient with beginner players and even welcome new walk-ins during the middle of campaigns.

This place has many wonderful items inside of it. From rockets to simple crafts, there is bound to be something for the child with an imagination.
