Madness does carry some vintage Star Wars figures from the '70s/'80s but it really shines with the franchise toy lines that have come after that heyday, with deep inventory in the sequel trilogy figures, Power of the Force, post-prequel movie and streaming show figures, and the Retro Collection. This is also the place if you love the Pop! Funko figures (which I do not in the least) as Madness has definitely gone all in on the craze. I found the staff to be helpful with my questions during my visit and they gave me space to think about some items I was mulling over. All the usual suspects are here including new releases, fiction, non-fiction, children's etc. They've even managed to wedge in a small Travel and Texas section, which pleases me. Being a somewhat smaller store they have done a few things to save space like shortening the list of available magazines. Where's my Gun and Garden? The In store Starbucks seems way to big and isn't layed out very well. All in all though,I'm glade that Barnes and Noble survived the retail fallout and secondly,opened a new store.
