When you own a business, it's important to look at your business from a customer's point of view and evaluate what changes and upkeep need to be done. Like, cleaning deeper and more often, painting the walls to freshen it up, taking out the yogurt machines that don't work, etc. And the lottery in the back brings down the vibe, too. But, they really do a great job on the food and are nice people. And the food is really the most important part, anyway.
