Last night we had our event on site. It definitely wasn't the full experience that is described online. I had called earlier yesterday to confirm everything and have a few questions answered. I wanted to know if there were any limitations because of Covid (mask policy, ice available, ability to sign waiver on site, etc). No one ever contacted me back. Upon arrival, I asked if there was any issue with our scheduled time as traffic was extremely bad last night. I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue. Our hosts were energetic and attentive. I also informed them that traffic was really bad and asked if it was an issue for them. They assured me it was not. They did inform me that they only provided was bottled water at this time. Needless to say, that was a shock to me and set the tone for a rocky night. When my final two guests arrived at 8:15 we were rushed to start the game before they could even get a drink. The games were fun and interactive. I have no issues with that portion of the night. To my surprise, I was not prepared to end the games at 9:20 pm when the entire time I was told that it wasn't an issue to start late. While I understand a two hour block is what I reserved, it is not what was delivered to me. There was no one booked after us that evening. If there was I would have understood that our time was up. The team on site should have just kept going to ensure guest satisfaction. From my perspective, I was told that it wasn't an issue that some people in my group were running late. It seems that they felt it was an easy night where they didn't have to work but watch time go by after continuously telling me there was no problem with late arriving guests. I would have started the games at 7:30 at that point had I known. During this time of reopening post covid, I would think your company would want to deliver 5* service and fully deliver what was purchased. To me, I paid $700 for an hour's worth of games. That is hardly a magical moment for a birthday celebration. It's definitely a misery moment that I will tell others about moving forward. read more

Had a fantastic time at GNO. This was my second time attending within 6 months and while some of the games were repeats, most were new. Even the repeated games are not truly repeats since you can never predict what will happen! Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back! This was a really fun (virtual) activity to do with family! I booked a Game Night In for my mom's birthday and we had a blast! We had people in their 30s 60s and late 70s join and everyone enjoyed the game! It's also super helpful having a private host guide you through all the games. We loved our host Sheena! If I could leave a 0 star review I would. My group of 12 paid over $700 dollars to have the worst experience we have ever had. Our "Judges" Jack and Gary were the most incompetent duo I have ever encountered. One judge would say one team won and the other would disagree. There was no structure to the scoring on the games we played and the decision was up to these two dumb asses if the answer was correct or not. At one point Jack told us to "get a job there if we wanted to make up the correct answers" basically solidifying the fact they had no set answers he just made up the answers as he went. We then called him out on the bad customer service he had given us and he gave us a half-assed apology. Whatever you do get a different judge from Jack. Also he drank the entire time we played (I'm pretty sure it was the beer I brought) read more

Sooo much fun! The games were creative. The fast pace of the night keeps you on your toes and excited for the next game. The hosts were entertaining and attentive. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The only downside was that my team won every game but at the end "lost". We were laughing so much though, I didn't even care. read more

Game Night Out absolutely ROCKED. Was a bit skeptic beforehand that it was going to be lame and I could not have been more wrong. Our hosts - Jin and Meg - were hilarious, welcoming and professional. You can request them to be your hosts and I would 10/10. The layout is so cool. Feels like you are at someone's house and BYOB/BYOF is perfect. They have fridges, counter space, cutlery, plates - all you have to have to do is bring the food/booze - highly recommend doing pizza. Easier to grab and go back to the games. They also cleaned up as we went. The games we fast-paced, interactive and hilarious. They had something for everyone. The two hours flew by and by the midway point of the night I was already thinking of another group I could bring back. read more

This review is for Game Night In which is the virtual option that Game Night Out started once the pandemic hit. It's the most fun I've ever had on Zoom, hands down! I was searching for something unique to do for my birthday and after doing some research decided to book Game Night In. I was a little hesitant because I couldn't find any reviews which is why I wanted to leae this one to make sure that people know what a great option this is. All my friends were texting me after we played to say how much fun they had. Sheena was our host and she was awesome - some of my friends who joined a bit late thought that she was a new friend of mine because she jelled with the group so naturally. She kept the games moving along but was really laid back and gave my group plenty of time to chit-chat, joke around, etc. The games were all unique and easy enough that even after a few drinks everyone could easily follow all the instructions. There was a nice variety of games and some included getting up from your seat so it helped keep the energy high. The technology is basically Zoom with some screen sharing from the host but has sleek branding and helps make the experience feel really professional. I really can't recommend this enough! I recently planned a bachelorette event at Game Night Out for a group of six people. We ended up arriving 30mins late. I felt a little flustered since we were late and thought we weren't going to get the whole experience. The host of Game Night Out allowed us to get comfortable and made us feel at home. I think because we were a small group we were able to play all the games. The games were really fun and the host did a great job. The only thing that was a little confusing was the parking.... We literally couldn't figure out how to get from the parking structure to the building. Other than that I would recommend if you are looking for a new fun, team building activity.
