Game Over Pest Control is a high quality, professional company that provides its clients with timely and cost efficient pest control services. My wife and I first contacted Phillip when we discovered that a swarm of bees were attempting to colonize our attic. Phillip came out to our home on the same day and provided an overview of the problem, recommended a course of action for removal, and provided a very reasonable estimate for conducting the work. The very next day, Phillip came over and fixed the problem and didn't charge us a penny more than the estimate, which was rather nice since most other service companies that I've used always seem to find a way to tack on additional charges once they've started the work. A few weeks after the bee incident, my wife and I kept hearing noises in our attic, which of course made both our stomachs sink since we knew that most likely we had some type of critter(s) living up there. I decided to contact Phillip (on a weekend nonetheless) and see if he could come out and check it out. Phillip made sure to fit us into his busy schedule and came out the very next morning to check it out. To our horror, Phillip discovered a serious rat problem in our attic. Phillip went over the various issues that made our home susceptible to rodent infestation, discussed how we should approach the problem, provided a reasonable estimate for how much it would cost to fix the issue as well as how long it would take, and got to work on removing the rodents the very same day. Over the course of about 6 weeks, Phillip and his team visited my home once or twice a week to check the progress of the extermination, seal up any potential entry points on my roof, and generally remove potential access points to the roof such as tree limbs or shrubs that were not properly trimmed away from the roof line. After completing the treatment, my wife and I are happy to say that our attic is rodent free! Phillip and his team were very professional in how they approached the job. Not only that, Phillip stands by his work and provided us with a generous warranty in case the rodents return in the future. Omg let me start by first thanking Game Over Pest Control from the bottom of my heart. For the past few years during winter time I've always heard scratching up in my attic and it was getting worse and worse every year. Silly me at one point was thinking "oh is that the wind blowing" by the way my house is a two story lol but, any way I started seeing big rat droppings outside and let me tell you I was about ready to have an anxiety attack. I called them and spoke to Charles and I felt like I had known him forever. Awesome personality and he came out within that week and I explained to him everything I heard and I tell you we had the best laugh. So he came up with a plan of how we would get rid of the little bastards who had invaded my attic and I told him to do what he had to do as long as they were gone. They guys came out every week not missing a beat and we all would just have a good laugh. They checked the bait boxes every week and then patched all the holes and trimmed my trees and I was so excited and over joyed when they told me there was no more activity in my attic. I have my cleaning left to do and the insulation that the little rodents just tore up. These little bastards were literally throwing parties in my attic every winter and not helping pay a bill . I'm so glad I went with this business I couldn't have been more happier with my outcome . I tell you if you have a rodent problem please give them a call the job will be done right in a timely manner oh and let me not for get Annette who text and scheduled all my appointments she is awesome and a very nice woman . I definitely recommend Game Over Pest Control! I called Game Over last night at 9:45 because we strangely had found a spider web in my car last week. I kind of laughed about it & wiped it away. The next day it was back. This continued for about 5 days, but we couldn't find the spider. I figured it was just some tiny thing. Well last my daughter went out to the car to get something, she saw the spider, her description was big & black, but by the time I got to the car, we couldn't find it. So that's when the phone call was made to Game Over Pest Control!!! I asked if there was anything that I could do to my car to kill a spider, and I was told Phillip, the owner, would be right over! I said, "Thats ok, it's late, tomorrow morning will be fine, but I do need to be somewhere by 8:30am." Annette, Phillip's wife said he will be right there. Phillip made it to my house within 20 minutes and started the search. He said He could just spray my car, but that he would rather find the spider to confirm it's death. Well, Phillip searched high & low for almost an hour, but finally found the nasty BLACK WIDOW ABOUT TO HAVE BABIES, and I'm happy to say that she is no longer with us!!!! We previously had a different pest control company. After hearing scratching noises inside a bathroom wall on a Thursday night, we called our pest control company early on Friday morning. We waited all day and never heard back (until the following week). The company was not open on the weekends so we checked reviews for other pest control companies on Yelp. Game Over had very positive reviews and Saturday hours, so we called them Saturday morning. We heard back from Phillip right away and I described what we were hearing. Phillip agreed to come over that day. When Phillip arrived, he conducted a thorough review of our premises, including going up into the attic and on the roof. He found evidence of rats, took photos, and shared them with us. Phillip worked out a comprehensive plan that not only included exterminating the existing rats, but sealing off entry points so that once the existing rats were gone, we would not have to worry about more rats coming in. Phillip and/or his crew came by at least once a week to check out the bait stations, as well as to complete the work on entry points. They continued to come by until all evidence of the rats was gone. We now have Game Over as our regular pest control company and we have been completely satisfied with the service that they have provided for that as well. He has taken care of everything from wolf spiders, black widows, and pincher bugs to mice and a gopher (extra charge for the last two, but well worth it!). He is very flexible with scheduling services and Annette, who makes the appointments, always works around our schedule. If we ever have problems with bugs between services, Phillip comes right out without any extra charge. My husband and I love the personable service we receive. My regular pest specialist asks at each visit if I've had any recent concerns or need for further spraying than in previous months.
