The store claims that they price match, but only price match when they feel like it. Per corporate,…read morethe shoe has to be in stock for your size both in store and on the website you are price matching and cannot use a promo code, etc, etc. But the other day the store decided not to honor that because it's a certain shoe. Corporate confirmed that this was incorrect along with not being able to try on the shoe. I originally called to confirm availability of a shoe but when I got there, it was like I never called. Overall I wasted my time and energy dealing with this store. I have priced matched different items before and never had an issue but the young lady who was at the register decided to not honor it. Again, I called corporate to confirm the rules and they sided with me and even offered to do it over the phone for me. I am still confused about the not trying the shoe on rule when I've tried on shoes before with no issues. If you're worried about theft, you should probably only give the left shoe to try on and keep the other one behind the counter. Also, it wasn't like the store was busy as I was the only person in line so you could've moved me to the side and let me try on one shoe. Either way, it wasn't an incorrect way to handle the situation because I felt like it was a special rule for certain people. I ended up ordering the shoes on Nike for cheaper but I don't like the way I treated and talked to.

Bike Came apart during riding Just purchased 2 days ago…read more Rode it a few miles and noticed a head shake in the handlebars, wasn't sure what the issue was. Upon normal riding conditions the front wheel buckeled to the side with the handle bars being strait. This obviously through me from the bike. Always have a bike inspected from a pro bike shop! The fork was too loose to be safe, and I was seriously injured. Thanks dick.

As beautiful as the clothing is here the selection of sizes is a bit limited and the prices are a bit high for my taste. This visit I tried a few things on and again the sizes are limited. But I was able to find one pair of super comfortable shorts for $69 which was high but worth it. I also learned that they have a 1 year policy which is very rare these days. Title Nine is a store I would high recommend to anyone looking for unique outdoor sportswear.

I have shopped at All American Sports for years, as both my kiddos are in sports. I also try to…read moresupport them since they are a small business and sponsor Colorado Springs Little League. However, after this last interaction, I will not be returning. I bought a pair of baseball pants for my son and they did not fit. I brought them back within the allotted time frame and was told they would not take the pants back because the receipt showed "unhemmed pants" but according to the worker, "these are clearly hemmed". The UPC code was the same for the pants on the receipt and on the tag on the pants. The worker (perhaps the owner) accused them of being "game worn". I told him that they did not fit my son, so he could not have worn them to a game. Also, I am not sure that I have seen white pants that are still stark white look stark white after a game. I showed him the tag on the pants showing they came from All American Sports. He still refused to exchange them. It really is a shame when the smaller companies do not support their customers, and customers are forced to go elsewhere. Very dissappointed and will share this experience with other parents within the league.

This downtown area is a cute little touristy place with lots of shops that sell Colorado Tchotchkes…read more(trinkets). This one is one of our favorite shops b/c it offered a lot and the staff was just super kind to us. Would I do my everyday shopping there for gifts? probably not. However, we got our magnet, two shirts, and a few other things for our friends back home from here.
