Upon normal riding conditions the front wheel buckeled to the side with the handle bars being strait. This obviously through me from the bike. Always have a bike inspected from a pro bike shop! They need a serious lesson in costumer service. If your hot cash doesn't work with the sale items…read morethen tell people when they walk in. Don't wait till they get to the register to tell people that the sale doesn't work with the hot cash. When the line is five deep it's a bit late to tell the customer they can't use their hot cash and have the sale price, like today when it took two customers over an hour to check out. Plus if you're using hot cash then tell the customer what their subtotal is before you start deducting the hot cash and gift cards. Also, when you mess up that poorly and you have to call the manager to call someone to reverse all the charges then you know it's seriously messed up. After you've been waiting 30 minutes it doesn't help when another worker opens up another register and starts taking people from the back of the line. We are going you stay away from hot topic if you want to wait in line for hours go for it.
