He told me, just bring it in to trade for a new one with the value of a broken controller lol no big deal right like someone wants to hear that after being scammed. then tells me to ship off my whole console to Sony for warranty instead of just controller. bad people, I'm assuming my credit card #'s where stolen from them too. anyone else get fraud charges on their credit card within a month of shopping there?

Bought a pre owned Xbox and it came with a broken controller. The employee was very kind and…read morehonest, but I am very disappointed with the greed regarding these devices. For just under $500 I got a dirty Xbox X and a broken controller, and instead of returning it for a working one, I was offered $20 in store credit for a used one. How is that fair, the controller was packaged broken and now I have to pay an additional $30 to fix it?? I will not be shopping here again, as I do not want to buy anymore broken products with no return value.

Not sure why they don't show respect for other peoples time and close whenever they want. I'm done with this location.
