It was definitely not clearly stated when booking or even on confirmation email. I scoured the website in case I missed something and could find nothing on age limits for VR. Kids were upset as they were looking forward to it. The kids ended up enjoying playing the games with their friends. The young man working with his Dad was great, helped the kids out quite a bit when they were having issues. It was upsetting as a customer not getting exactly what you thought you were paying nearly $400 for. All in all it was an ok experience, not horrible but definitely could have been better.

From the beginning, her attitude was condescending and dismissive, making what should have been an exciting process stressful and frustrating. She was juggling multiple jobs and even accepted another wedding on the same day as ours. Because of that, we did not receive the level of attention, support, or coordination we were promised and paid for. Several members of our bridal party were brought to tears by how she spoke to them. During the event, guests asked her for help finding their seats, and she replied that she "wasn't part of that process." Whether she was or not, I hired and paid for day-of coordination, which absolutely includes assisting guests and ensuring things run smoothly. Her lack of professionalism and care were evident throughout the entire experience. A planner's job is to reduce stress -- she did the opposite. Please think carefully before hiring this company. I wouldn't want another couple to go through what we did.
