My company rented out a meeting room here 4 days in a row for days that stretched from 9am to 4pm. The big pluses here are that it's easy to find and the parking is free. The meeting room is like a plain corporate meeting space with a network connection and a partition divvying the space. While it wasn't the most stimulating place to sit all day, the ambient noise of people having fun and playing games is kind of amusing given the stark contrast of company gathering and all the fun brouhaha going on outside. Everyday of the meetings, we had steam trays of food brought for breakfast and lunch. The food was like kid-friendly versions of everything. For example, we had taco Tuesday, and the food was reminiscent of school cafeteria food. It wasn't bad, but something you definitely wouldn't want to eat everyday. The employees here were really nice and helpful, so the team here is solid. Whenever we had tech issues, someone was in right away to assist. The big irony here is that after the four days of training we got cards to enjoy ourselves with unlimited play for like an hour, but we were all too worn out to enjoy. So is the life of grown folks.

When I arrived they said I had to pay the balance, minus the reservation fee. When I showed them my receipt showing that I had paid in full they would not accept my documentation. I had to pay an additional $98 to bowl with our party. Terrible, terrible experience! With Frisco being so "family friendly" I'm shocked at how few bowling options there are!

Although they ask you for players shoe sizes before hand if available, that didn't carry over to the staff at check in so we had to relate it again. While bowling we enjoyed ourselves. The equipment was maintained and operational. It was cool you could upload photos of your visit and it would appear on the screens in the lanes. Table configurations were a little tight. Food ordering was straightforward. The person that took care of us was Thai. I got to give him credit as he was a one man show it seemed. Bartending, taking orders and making sure we're were taken care of. The pizza was horrible. Fries were better. Cocktails were good. Food pricing was reasonable. All in all, it's a good choice if you are looking for a less chaotic place for family or even a date.

The artwork and animatronics are spot-on, really creative and entertaining. They are proud of their designs, and each location is a little bit different. It's an indoor course you play under UV lights for the "glow in the dark" effect. We find it one of the more affordable mini golf courses ($13/adult, $11/child/senior). It must also be very well-maintained, because we've been coming in for 5+ years now and I have never once thought, "Oh, this part here is getting worn down" or is dirty or needs to be replaced. The staff is friendly and genuinely want you to have a good time. We occasionally avail ourselves of the mini bowling and arcade (there are price packages if you want to play multiple things), but the mini golf is our jam. Anyone sensitive to strobe-light effects will have to stay away, though.

I worked out a great deal with Darrell. The company emailed me the price which was not what Darrell and I had discussed. I replied to the email and never heard back. I text him and never heard back. Finally I called him and he assured me the price would be what we discussed. In party day I got a text about 30 minutes before they would be late to the party because they were having generator issues. Ok, no problem, I understand machines can break, so I said what time do you think you will be here? I do have to entertain kids at a party after all. Once again no response. Finally I hear back they aren't going to make it because they got a new generator but the driver of the van left with the keys. I'm not sure who runs this company, but I'd guess no one is really "running" it. They offered to make it up to me some how, but after asking a way for them to do that, no response again. Game truck did nothing to try to fix the problem and scoffed at me for asking why they did not have a back up cord since they knew the other was damaged. I was told, "sometimes I book a flight and it gets cancelled. It happens" huh? I do understand that things happen, but this could have easily been avoided, and I did not appreciate how the owner dismissed me and my son's disappointment. Had they said something when the other cord was damaged, we could have tried to get another or made other plans.

The trampoline area specifically had a sign saying no "flips" and I see this black kid flipping continuously smack dab in the middle in plain view. This is my first and biggest critique. Staffers need to enforce their own rules better. I will say though later on I did see more staff presence eagle-eying the areas. Wonder if someone brought it up to them or what. In any event, just a lot of brats and parents who probably could care less not following the rules. For example, in the warrior course area.. kids were entering from the exits, cutting in line, and their parents just chuckling like it's just swell.

He helped us multiple times throughout our visit and was incredibly friendly every single time. Our kids absolutely loved him. He was so kind and patient with them, and they really connected with him. At checkout, he continued to be super helpful and made everything smooth and easy. Huge thumbs up for the assist, Terry!
