First thing to say about this place .... way to flip one of the major gamestop complaints into a model for how to run your business. Customer service!! These guys engage with you as soon as you come in the door. They are super friendly and offer to help in any way possible. They thank you for coming in and genuinely seem to appreciate the fact that you took time out of your day to shop with them. Well done! The selection is pretty good too! They have stuff dating back for just about any console you can think of. So if you're looking for that N64 gem or want a classic Atari 2600 .... there's a good chance they have it. They also have latest gen stuff, so whether you're retro or new age gaming, these guys can get you hooked up. I assumed that I was next after one of the employee was done with their previous customers. What got me so upset is another customer walked in which the employee for whatever reason started assisting her like I wasn't standing there in front of them. I had to leave before my emotion blew up. Hopefully, other GameStop in the surrounding area isn't like this location.

I was thrilled to see that the owner had what I was looking for! At the time, when I was there prior, the owner didn't have much-much upon what I was seeking. But he had expanded the store and has A-TON more of video games, consoles. etc. I would highly recommend shopping here if you are into vintage to current videogames, movies, pvc models(Anime or videogame), consoles and controllers!

The few cabinets that did work, were flawed. The selection of games were limited, there were three shooter games, only two worked, majority of the games were clunky cabinets with sticky buttons, or stiff joysticks. The racing cabinets had bad steering wheels, where the slightest movement would throw you off track, or have you not move at all. I would not get the full day tier for ten dollars unless you genuinely believe that you could get more than three hours there. I personally barely got an hours worth of gameplay.

A lot of things I purchase in there is either broken or just don't work. im a regular shopper in…read morethe store and had the first bad experience today with the elderly middle aged woman. i assume she's the store manager. she had a bad attitude when i tried explaining that I was looking for a cable and adapter that will let me use a ps2 on my hdmi computer monitor and she proceeds to tell me that they don't make adapters for ps2s that you can use a multi out to ypbpr cable. the adapter needed is a ypbpr to hdmi. treating customers like they don't know what they are talking about is not the way to go about business. also i needed something tested to make sure it worked and she was too lazy to even get the necessary items out to test with. now i have to make another visit because i got a ps2 memory card in there that has two corrupted files on it that i cant even remove because she wouldn't test it for me. id advise anyone going into that store early in the day time when she is there. other than that the other employees are super nice and they games in there are for the most part reasonable.
