It was just a straightforward pricing structure with CJ which we really appreciated. He was also very willing to help accommodate our request of not allowing the kids to play Grand Theft Auto or other overtly violent/mature games. He arrived about 10 or so minutes early to set up and be ready by our contracted time and gave us a heads-up about 15-20 minutes before it was time to wrap it up so we could give a last call to those not currently playing (we had over 20 kids at the party). I liked that there was a Nintendo Switch and big screen TV set up outside of the trailer, as well, for those who preferred it. CJ was also great with the younger kids who don't have a lot of experience yet with video games. He patiently tried coaching them on how to play and what the controller buttons do which was really sweet! They provided about 8 chairs for exterior gaming. On a hot day, I suggest putting up canopies for the "extras" you may order from them, plus guests (parents) who might want to hang near the truck. GameTruck: The truck/trailer needs at least 3 car lengths of space in front of a residence. Game selection was excellent across all platforms and satisfied 6yo - 14yo players. Cool mood-setting RGB lighting in the interior. Clean and excellent condition physical space and hardware. Mixed feedback from guests about the A/C but my b-day boy said he was perfectly cool. Service Acquisition: Business was conducted 100% over the phone. Told owner that my discovery and background knowledge was via Yelp. As such, service area limitation premiums $$ and travel fees were not referenced nor communicated in the procurement conversation. The business educated me about them after invoice was provided.
