These guys are definitely first class! I wasn't even present for the first arm of the move, but they were able to load my small apartment in less than an hour on the Athens end. It was clear that even though they were being paid by the hour, they wasted no time. Once they got to Atlanta and we realized that the truck wouldn't fit into the parking garage of my new apartment, they were able expertly move my belongings from a much further location. Even though the extra time from literally moving my belongings from the front curb of the huge complex and up 4 flights of stairs nearly doubled the original quote and came to $890, the movers realized that my mistake in logistics was just that, a mistake, and still gave me a fair, drastic reduction from that price. Their work was pristine: all of my belongings arrived unscathed. The icing on the cake? Even though they wrapped up extremely late, because they gave me their word that they would mount my 55 inch tv the following day, they scheduled a time to return from Athens to Buckhead the following day and did an absolutely beautiful job mounting my tv over the fireplace! We had a great experience with Gameday Moving. The guys who were assigned to our move were careful and courteous with my items. What truly made the biggest impact for me, though, was how quickly I was able to contact and schedule a move with Gameday and Jonathan's excellent communication. I've learned summer is a busy month for moving. I had originally moved into a rental home with mold damage and needed to hightail it out of their quickly. I spoke with Jonathan three times in one day - he politely provided an estimate, answered the subsequent questions that popped up, and was able to schedule a move for me within the time frame that worked for me. Awesome customer service and hardworking! Game day moving did an excellent job moving us to our new home. Our home is 3k sq ft and they moved us and all our furniture to our new home in a 7 hour period. The best part of it is was their communication. I called for a quote on a Saturday and had the call returned within half an hour. They came out the next day, a Sunday to give us a more accurate quote. The day before they confirmed with us to make triple sure on arrival time. The whole process was quite seamless even when compared to a company move we have had in the past. These guys are great! They moved my thing fast and were careful with all of my belongings. I had a lot of pottery and breakable items that they wrapped carefully and made sure it arrived safety to the storage unit. I also underestimated how much stuff I had and got a smaller unit but they made sure all of my belongings fit and it was neat! I highly recommend them.
