See a lady and her husband get a pair of shoes and go about their way... the guy came back gave me the shoes they fit and he turn and said I have to walk these shoes up to the register.... I said oh now that I have two pairs of shoes I get and escort to the register but 40 mins ago I couldn't even get someone to help me now I have some funky shoes yall have the secret service escort me to the front! My boys this is money we are spending and we didn't have to take this half ace service being given to us... turn to the guy and said thanks but no thanks we will go someone where else where we are a priority! Went to the other shoes store JDs and 10/10 compared to what dicks gave us... bought 4 nice pairs of shoes and if dicks keep it up they can cancel me cause I won't shop where my dollar isn't worth it. Half of these kids working don't even wanna be there... but are hired on the spot just to give their shifts away.... OLD REVIEW-Won't stand by their product!! I had a "custom order" for 2 shirts designed for a special occasion at my alma mater. Both size Medium. The short sleeved one -- fine on the fit. The long sleeved one said size Medium on the size tag but the fit was really more like a XXL! Their shipment of blank shirts was obviously WAY off on the sizing. I contacted customer service and was told sorry - custom order -- won't help you. It's THEIR fault! I would happily keep and wear the shirt if it was the right size but it's unwearable. Going to try to go up the food chain to see if I can get any assistance on this. If I handled my customers like this -- no way!
